FNJ LNH I have my fog lights done. Haven’t done high beams or brake lights. I believe the tail lights on my car are led from the factory. But I’ll add the fog light video once I’m done editing

I see that.Though if you just type LED H7 Bulbs into amazon, any other the results should work aslong as they are the H7 size. A lot of what is in this video should be able to be applied but the bulbs may have a different shape that may or may not work. Sthejay Cabral Sorry for the late reply but I’m sorry hear you were or are having a problem getting your lights installed. I used the pliers from my leatherman to bend and fold the clip. I first had to do little cuts to separate the 4 corners

Yea I did have an issue with polarity on the headlights and fog lights. Just have to plug them in 180. Also needed canbus harnesses

I still to this day don't have any error messages and they are working great still! I did need the CANBUS harness for the bulbs as well so be sure to ask for those from the seller to save yourself some time.

Bought mine from ebay fits good under $10

Adam Smith the head lights and fog lights needed canbus error harnesses added to prevent the lights turning on and off over and over. As well as error messages in the instrument cluster.

Mercedes Tech I appreciate the information. I am very confused as to which lights I should purchase. I compared the Beamtech you used to some other products from Amazon and reviewers are saying Beamtech is better because the fanless design eliminates the possibility of fan going out and melting the connector and housing, while also fitting inside the dust cover. However, others say the Auxbeam’s fan-style bulbs offer superior light output and are better lights that last longer. Do you have any input either way on this?

Yea, well if you decide to go with my choice, I can assure you I did some research from other youtubers reviews of various models and brands of lights. Definitely wasn’t a random selection. I’ve had fan and fanless LED bulbs now. They both seam to run at the same temperature and are pretty much the same size..with the fanless being slightly smaller. BeamTech seamed like an overall winner among reviews/reviewers so I chose them. I have fan style in my 190e and the only difference I notice is I can hear the fans when the engine isn’t running. Don’t have experience with owning auxbeams in particular, though I believe those were one of the ones constantly compared to BeamTech in my research.

nach periyanan I can probably find one online if you need, but all of mine came from the seller of the bulbs, you just let them know when you buy it or even after you have it, that you’ll need a CAN bus/error harness

@@TheBaccaClench I did not get error warnings after using the beamtech kit with the additional CAN BUS resistors that i requested from the seller.

Impaired Repair I just told the seller they turn on and off and that I need the CAN BUS harness, so they just sent me them for free. I’ve had a lot of HID headlights and LEDs over the years, they always just send them at no charge

Khalil Kokash I did end up having to used canbus resistor harnesses to make them work. Yes it all worked out and fit fine. I just messaged the company that I bought the lights from on amazon and said they’re flashing and not staying on. So they sent me their brand of canbus harness

@@kas2388 I made the Amazon ones work but I had to take the bumper cover off and remove the light completely to get the led bulbs in properly. I'm kind of glad as the wiring for each light was completely corroded and not good. I cleaned everything up and new Led lights are awesome

These are still working great, I imagine there are newer versions but I would just go with beam tech as I’ve never had issues with them amzn.to/3mhNaS6

@@MercedesTech Sorry for the amount of questions, but where'd you place the ballasts? I read they can get hot and will melt plastic, is there any suitable place on the w211?

@@BubbleDouble I kind of actually hung them. So if you use like a cut and vent coat hanger or something similar it holds up well. Check out the fog light video, I think I showed more on that in there

Yes, every Exterior LED bulb ive installed on this particular model (2008 E350) needed an CAN BUS/Resistor Harness attached in line.

High beam was actually a lot easier I believe. It was a while ago but at worst it would’ve been the same thing. High beams housing isn’t as big but still everything fit.

@@MercedesTech can u buy it in amazon without any mods? Coz i know i have to buy a specific bracket to get the led to fit the low beams. Is it h7 as well?
