Alt-Quen blocks a variety of AoE and ranged attacks including stomps, shockwaves, all kinds of spits (web, poison) as well as mud throws. It is however counter-productive to deny bruxa the neck bite when you have Black Blood up - what I did was a pure reflex that wasn't an optimal response. As for the scream, Aard or even a lucky throwing knife would've cancelled it just as well.
@@DartiousEst Cool. I also fell in love with Witcher 3 and w3ee in 2021. This is my first roleplaying game, if you don't count Dota. I discovered Redux after next gen release. I have already done 4 playthroughs with redux since next gen update :D
