Yeah, agreed. This genuinely is AMAZING. We need more of these. At least with WPTA's beard promo..thing it was unique. It was absolutely weird, but at least there were signs of care put in that. But nowadays? You'd be hard-pressed to find one doing a 30-second one. Which is why honestly? Wholeheartedly? I'd give WFNA the honor of best CW affiliate just because they did something for their CW Dare to Defy. At least they did the bare minimum to localize their 1:00 promo.
They were following the trend of what was popular on the radio then, but that was before Clear Channel/iHeartRadio launched its war against music and Pfizer provided the bullets.
Wow!!! What a great station promo. Years ago here in Australia, WIN 4 Wollongong NSW used to have a "We're With You Channel 4" promo, though it was a different tune.

Greetings, Scoop Nemeth According to all NYC TV station's informations, WCBS' (Channel 2) "Channel 2 News", who was the former news leader, was suffering ratings struggles since WABC-TV (Channel 7) brought the "Eyewitness News" in the early 1970's. With that in mind, I could say that WNBC's (Channel 4) "News 4 New York" was the runner-up. Now, CBS2 reboosted its ratings, with NBC4 suffering ratings struggles with its newscasts since 2007.
