HL002 is back at it again. HL002 with fresh paint is back in testing. It's rainy though. HL002 is a nice little diesel/battery hybrid locomotive.

That Locomotive is for the Ney York subway ( Metro , underground trains) ? Its a little small locomotive 🚂, cool catch 😎👍👍👍👍👍

Yes it's for Maintenance of Way work on the New York City Subway. It's small for that reason.
