If y'all knew the laws you would knew everything he said is true if you put on federal bond any kind and catch a new state case yes you can bond out but you won't get release cause the feds going to revoked the bond and put a holder on. It's not that hard to understand. If u have multiple cases, and you're allowed to bail out on one. You'll still remain locked up if that other case(s) are active. So you aren't going home either way unless those other cases get dropped.
Pretty much he was on fed house arrest and got locked up on a state charge with a bond. But if he bonds out on the state charge. He can’t go home because whatever he did violated his fed house arrest. And since he’s locked up ALREADY. Tmhe would literally just be paying the state to transfer from the “jail” to “prison” or atleast from the state orange suit and hop over to the fed side of the jail with the blue suits…
