In Florida VOP(Violation of Probation) means no bail/bond and she has to sit until she goes to court. Then the judge will decide if she gets a bond or bail or released.

A fugitive with a felony charge cannot have a lawyer represent them in court without an actual court appearance themselves. There is no amount of fame that stops this due process. Also, I doubt that Chrisean knows the difference between 30k and $3000. People are saying that they don’t have access to her money, but they don’t need access to her money to pay a lawyer, they just need to pay blueface daddy or wack or someone close to go back in blues house and find her debit since she seems to not carry with it. If it was in her possession, and she needed to pay for a lawyer, they would absolutely let her write down the numbers to her card so that she can pass them on to a lawyer. The people that are begging for money on her behalf, including DJ sky, the sister and hot chocolate have nerve and audacity, considering the average person does not even make enough money to support themselves.

This is just screaming scam. Chrisean retained an attorney that worked out the very probation deal that she violated. Criminal attorney's are on the case until 1. the case has been fully adjudicated or 2. the court has given them leave to withdraw as counsel. Unless he's gotten leave of the court to withdraw, he literally is still her counsel of record regardless if she's finished paying him or not lol that means he would have full access to her unlike friends and family.

They went on live. They getting Chrisean a new lawyer. And because none of them have access to Chriseans money. Chasity is asking for help. But I think I saw last night they gathered the money. Chrisean had court today. Not sure whats the outcome yet
