Holy shit. As someone who has spent a lot of time building ships, rovers, stations, and bases with interiors, I have never once thought of using those double-door cargo bays as an airlock. 10/10
The Conqueror Rover is probably my favorite. Rovers are absolutely perfect when they have an interior. Interiors let kerbals stretch their legs without the worry of outside problems. Weathering storms is never so luxurious without a cozy interior to do science in. Rain or shine, snow or hail, solar flares or gamma ray bursts, any weather is better when you have a rover interior. Besides, weather can mess up your science experiments! Nothing like a cozy space for doing science risk-free, eh? While I may be good at getting ships, stations and all sorts of little things from point A to point B, I’ve never been great at hauling huge mobile base rovers. Seeing this just gives me the urge to shoot bigger. I will eventually get a big mobile base with plenty of interior-EVA space to do sciencey science stuff, rain or shine! You’ve done a great service for me. Keep Sciencing, good sir; you’ve got it in you.
LeiserGeist i just tend to build fighter jets and bombers... then nuke the ksc a few times a day using bdarmoury and north kerbin dynamics xD. although i do go to space sometimes. tbh the main thing i do when im not building fighter jets and bombers is going on DMP and helping people build space stations. in fact just the other week me an about five other people collaberativly made a refueling and base network between kerbin, eve and duna, with me and another guy doing small, single module space stations for kerbin, eve and duna as well as NKO, NDO and NEO (Near Kerbin Orbit, Near Duna Orbit and Near Eve Orbit respectivly). the other four built huge multi base ground networks on the surface of eve and duna.
I'm always impressed by people who use part clipping and stuff to basically 3D model whatever they want in the game, like how someone used every rounded flat part you can think of to make a Tesla, but the fakeness always stands out to me and I never try to do that style in my own gameplay, I usually feel like my designs are "better" for being constrained to legitimacy and realism. This is the first time since I reached a high skill level where I think a RU-vidr has better designs than me. That craft's interior seems totally legit and every part seems at least somewhat properly used. I love it and am inspired to see how far creativity in this game can go
Started playing this a couple months ago.. But have been watching ksp videos for about a year an these are by far the most intricate designs I've seen. Keep up the great work 👍
This is awesome! You should start recording a separate series called "The building of (Name here, according to craft built.". I'm EXTREMELY interested in seeing how you build these amazing craft. It doesn't have to have commentary, unless to explain key features.
Your builds are so inspiring then i try to make something simple and it fails so i feel like a failure then i stumble onto another one of your videos and the cycle continues

Those are some of the nicest-looking rovers I've ever seen, not to mention the dropships. :) What do you make the suspension pieces out of? Are they stock parts?
w00t! I think I like Leviathan Evolved and the Conqueror Rover the best. I also really like The Pointless for its fold-out engines. (I've really wanted to build a ship with fold-out engines.) I'd like to know what Leviathan Evolved's part count is.
