May be right BUT I lodged a case against Jubilee Life Insurance in 2019, got the decision in my favor (even far less than my complaint) in Feb 2023. Jubilee filed a Review after 1 month, the hearing date fixed on July,11. Jubilee refused to pay the decided amount by Ombudsman, case closed for the next unknown stage. In all the hearings, I found Muhtasib always in favor of accused and looked like a subordinate of that powerful criminal who is responsible for big scams with the masses with the cooperation of regulators and justice giver institutes. So God knows you are talking of which country??
