I actually think they didnt want to serve the first guy because he made fun of Granny (their co-worker) in the last video "Associate Discrimination", when he used to work there. They just have their co-workers back.
I worked at a Waffle House in the '90s while attending college and never saw employees act like this. If you treat customers in a bad manner, you don't get tips, which is the majority of your pay.
That actually happened to me and my family, at a Dennys in Savannah, Ga. WE waited 25 min. to be seated. Finally left. The staff was all one look and we were another. The people who looked like the staff walked right in and were seated. I tried to ask the hostess and was ignored
Technicality, Hispanics are an ethnicity, not a race. Latin America is quite diverse. Also, I don't think not wanting to wait on people that don't speak English is racist, it's understandable, how are you going to communicate with them if you can't speak the same language as them? But I don't think that was the point, I think he assumed they don't speak English because of how they look, and yeah that is racist.
Fun fact: Hispanics are not just from Latin America and Latin America is not entirely Hispanic. (People from Spain are Hispanic and Portugal is NOT Hispanic.)
I have been given cold fries and asked if I play golf. I knew what wa happening. I just gave the fries back and said they were cold and did not ask for a refund.
Dogs are better than babies/little kids. Parents often let their offspring cry and act unsafe during outings. The dogs should be able to come in, and kitty cats too! They are meow than welcome 💯💖😻🐕
I've gone to a Waffle House in Jackson, Mississippi. All the workers were black and treated me poorly. I'm not sure if it was because I am white or if they just treated everyone like this. I ended up just leaving and going to Denny's.

I understood that people are being treated like trash... They should be out and banned from the restaurant for racial comments and they should be reported... and somehow investigated... And dogs, inculuding service dogs, should be allowed because I have been in a same situation... just saying
I want to see the other way around scenario... Person coming in saying "I don't want HER waiting on me." Can the waffle house policy be to tell the customer off? 😉😄
This has happened to me multiple times as a regular of 25 years and now a senior citizen. They, the waitstaff, act like they don’t care about the customer. Very rude and act like they own Waffle House. I’ve reported abnormal behaviors before by calling in, talking to a Regional Manager, District Manager And Store Manager. Nothing was done, so therefore they don’t deserve my business. Most of the problems occurred in Durham NC.
