Saw this 20 minutes ago. Already made a small batch. 1 egg, almond butter, 1/2 tsp of allulose and a little homemade vanilla. Impressed they are not eggy tasting! As a diabetic I love your recipes. They have helped me believe I don’t have to be deprived. Thank you! 🙏
This recipe is amazing. I used peanut butter, and I made pancakes. I'll use this recipe forever. Thank you so much, I haven't had pancakes/waffles in years.

There's been a lot of hype lately about these made with peanut butter. Do you find the almond butter neutralizes the egginess? Have you ever done a video about making keto jam? I made some with a bag of frozen mixed berries -- just reduced them with allulose and lemon, no water. I used it on a PB&J, and it was delicious. Keto jam on one of these would be fantastic.
This is an amazing idea!! I use a 0 calories and sugar maple syrup, Walden Farms Pancake Syrup, you guys NEED to try it! It tastes almost like the real thing, but without the guilt! With this recipe, I'm sure it will be really good!
Thank you for this. I dont normally eat waffles, not that I dont like them just harder to make. This is so simple. Will try for sure. I have been craving donuts for some reason (dont usually eat those either) so this will be a great and healthier alternative.

Really good. I added vanilla flavor , nutmeg and cinnamon. Butter and sugar free syrup on top. Just a little dry though. Any suggestions to make it little less dry??
Wow. Made these for dinner tonight. I’m so happy. Now when my family eats waffles I don’t have to sit and feel left out and eat something else. These were good and hit the spot.
The best keto waffles so far. Have been making them almost daily. I use 1 egg and 2 TBS of almond butter, it yields 2 mini waffles. Love the taste and the texture. Reminds me of kodiak waffles. Thank you, Mayra, for sharing this.

Ours did not turn out. They were brown from the almond butter and super eggy and not sure how hers were fluffy but we should should have added baking soda or some kind of flour to make it rise. It filled our bellies that was about it. We ended up making pancakes because the batter was so flat we couldn’t get it out of the waffle iron
