@@Fauziamoula thanks for the reply. Mine had granules and it took too long to thicken that I abandoned it altogether. But I'll still be trying it out when I get a good blender. Thanks for your good work
I only put it in the fridge when I make it plenty and the fermentation is getting too much but if am gonna use it for days or week, there's no need to put it in the fridge. With the water too, just make sure there's always enough fermented water so you can use half of it and add water and make it to get perfect and nice one.
Hi dear. My consistency is just like yours but as soon as they're out of the oil and I put them on the paper towel, it looses cruchchiness and becomes chewy. What can I do?

We are on a vacation and at the Airbnb , forgot to take Poundo and garri and African store is 1hr drive away , I have rice so I guess I found a solution 😂😂😂
