I live in chandrapur, a district place away from tadoba at 30 km, infact tadoba is in chandrapur district. We friends regularly frequents adjoining buffer zone tadoba jungle at night.......... I have seen waghdoh from very close quarters, and you can't gauge his size from this video, he looks absolutely massive and fearsome yet majestic....
@@trupti1910 back in 2017 December ,we friends were returning back from moharli range in the morning ....at agarzi gate we saw this massive handsome feline who was just strolling and marking around his teretory .
What, really? You don't think this video can't be improved with butt rock? let the bodies hit the floor let the bodies hit the floor let the bodies hit the floor *YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAH* *LET THE BODIES HIT THE FLOOR!* *LET THE BODIES HIT THE FLOOR!*
Yes, around 15 yrs is the normal life span in the wild. It is because they are territorial animals and the weaker will get injured and eventually died in fights with other tigers. Nowdays in india, atleast i can say from south india Poaching is very rare. Tiger reserves are monitored and protected. Also people are now aware that we need to protect them. In captivity tigers live up to 20 yrs.
@@pranaydebnath5020 yes bigger than lions..but lion has more courage ..fearless and fighting skills..tigers are more of hunters and very shy and timid..l love both cats
The tiger is magnificent. Whats great as well is the person who took the video, no funny background music and no people talking in the background. Just pure sounds of nature almost as if we ourselves were on this safari!
Waghdoh is so *thicc* There was another beautiful and big tiger called Jay. I think he was initially the biggest tiger in India. Love you both thicc cute tigers ❤️🐅🐾
@@atul6585 Still bengals have less fat than African lions and weigh more on average so... And that tiger is not that fat actually, it looks like he ate a big meal but normally isn't even fat. I mean look at the belly it's clearly not a baggy bell it looks like he just ate, not natural fat. Just look at it clearly.
You are brave to be so close. The first scene tiger looks like he had a good meal, next scene tiger is enjoying his kingdom. Thank you for no tourist noisy talk or silly music, you do good work here. Thank you. 👍
much more than 250kg. Here are two lions in Etosha pan, each weighing 550lb or 250kg. You can see either of them is much smaller than Waghdoh. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-KJjIXnJ1xpU.html (At 2:00 the instructor says each of them weighs 250kg.)
@J P I can tell you he is way over 300!In my mother's family there lived a Siberian tiger Neron since his 3 months old till the end of his life, yet he was Siberian pure breed one,and actually he inherited from his mother an enormous size:she lived in Leningrad zoo in 1940th and 1950th and died in 1960th.Of all their exhibition she dwarfed all the other females and only 2 or 3 males were slightly bigger than her(most likely a record holder for females:283 kilograms)-so at his prime Neron reached 385kg!So I have quite a reference. I would actually say that he was definitely longer than Waghdoh but actually less chubby:he looked about the same thick but that is with fur!And Waghdoh has so much less fur that this makes his body thicker, yet paws about the same, maybe a bit smaller! So anyway 300+ here!Unfortunately I don't have an access to the photos of Neron but I know that in Taigan park in Crimea there are descendants of his mother which actually had a lot of cubs(which she always rejected and was surprisingly human friendly..for such a horrible and ignorant mother:neither of dozens of her cubs was taken care of!)-and at least 4 of their males exceed 350 kilograms, while the biggest one,Skif,is almost 400!There is also a Siberian tiger Kore in either China or some Asian countries and he is just gianormous over 400kg male, that is even bigger than our guy was! Also quite a both funny and tragic note:in Harbin before their tigers were put on a strict diet due to some of them dying of overweight there was technically set the absolute record for all cats:even heavier than the heaviest liger ever recorded(723 kilograms)-one of their tigers on his last measuring showed the weight of 798 kilograms!!!Although he was unable to walk on his own and died in the next few days of heart failure!
To all lion lovers here..... nature itself is a proof to show which one is stronger and survivor... india is the main heart of the land where these two beasts range overlapped, yet you cant find lion in india except gir, and had not been due to to the great effor to conserve them, asiatic lions would have been history, but tigers.... they survived not only battles with lions, encroached their territories, pushed them to remote north west corner of india, but also survived innumerable human hunters and poachers as well.. I agree lion is a magnifcient creature, look wise he is more formidable than tiger, but if its about fight and survival, tiger easily wins the bet... Forget not,,,, lions hunts in prides, and they depend on each other for their survival but tiger or tigress, its single hero,,,, a male or even female tiger, can easily kill one ton male gaur...
A female lion can hunt alone if needed plus indian lions are much smaller than african lions but yeah in general tigers will the fight simply because they outweigh lions. I dont know about Atlas the barbary lion tho
In Penna, Dr Raghu Chundawat in a tiger documentary for discovery channel weighed a tiger called Madla which easily bottomed the 250kg scale weighing machine. There was an even bigger rival male named hairyfoot which was more or less like Wagdoh male.
If we allow animals like tigers and elephants to go extinct in the wild it will be one of our biggest failings as human beings. I'm not religious, but people who poach endangered animals truly are committing a mortal sin. Hopefully people who do such terrible things will have a reckoning of some kind.
@@erictucker4412 butthurt idiot!!! No tiger gets obese in the wild just like no animal gets obese in nature. Learn some shit about evolution. Wagdoh had some prey and right after that the video might be clicked. That's why the stomach is showing bloated
@@user-cq3kg8uc4z for sure, tigers can eat 90 pounds of meat in one single time, the guy just had a big meal moments before this video, damn 90 pounds are 40 kg, this tiger is more than 300 kg with his stomach full
Very majestic and beautiful creature. We should protect animals and trees. Nature is very important for earth's health. Because this is our only planet. We should take care of it. 🤘😊👍💯
The most awesome and No. 1, Super Predator in the planet is the Tigers. No wonder they are called the Cool Big Cat. Fearless mammals. Siberian Tigers are the biggest Carnivores currently, next to the extinct dino's.
@J P whoever is courageous or stronger can win both are closely matched. But even then a tiger lives a way harder life then a lion . My bet is on big indian tiger.
@J P No wild animal has an easy life. It is tough. Even birds of prey have it rough man. They look all majestic and whatever gliding around in the sky but they are in a constant struggle to survive and find sustenance. Tigers only succeed in one out of every ten attempts to take down prey ! That's tough living man.
And old fellow by the name of William Beebe comes to mind when he wrote roughly speaking that an artists painting may be destroyed yet remade by its maker, but when the last creature of any kind dies a new heaven and earth must be made for such a one to come again.Sad to think this magnificent creature is almost gone.Bless the people of India for being kind and spiritual towards all things.
Wagdoh....Love u bro.......Imy humble salutes and sorry that we have taken ur natural habitat from the land of urs......Bengal. We have done an irreparable mistake bro.....Pardon us for it.
I saw something amazing a tiger did that I don't think a lion would even think twice about even trying. A tiger went into croc infested waters to reclaim his kill that the crocs stole from him. The crocs did nothing as the tiger took back it's 250 pound meal and swam away (backpedaling) with it in his mouth. I've seen male lions chased out of the water by crocs so I know they wouldn't try what this tiger did. (feel free to correct me if I'm wrong)
I saw that as well but I have learned that lions don't take unnecessary risks but courage and bravery is not something a lion lacks. Watch "Land of Lions Documentary 2018" a male lion feeds on a carcass in the middle of a river with huge crocodiles all around, and when they came near he smack them and continued feeding - it's the first time I have seen such a thing. A hungry or angry lion fears no one. Check this link at around the 38:40 mark: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-XwDks4VvtBI.html
I have seen a tigeress killing 14 feet long croc in vdo but not full vdo. I think tigers are solitary animals that is y they are more dengerous . They never hunt in groups like lion . So if a tiger needs to kill wild buffalo he has to do it alone . And that is where he is very scary . When i went to safari I saw tiger killing bull . It was around 600kg bull n when bull saw tiger he attack on tiger n tiger was sitting waiting for bull to attack n grab bull from head with his paws . I havent seen any alone lion grabbing bull from front like that in.. before I saw tiger doing this live i thought lions are the strongest but seeing this live i have to confess the power of that tiger .
Even Madla was a huge and handsome tiger... looking at Wagdoh and Madla...you can imagine how huge the legendary Bachelor of Powalgarh wouldve looked...his paws were the size of dinner plates according to Corbett
@sumesh s pinarayi lol this (look like a pig) fat tiger would smash every lion on earth easy.. if you like or not you must deal with this.its a Fact!! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ttVfP7qBj3A.html
This tiger have been eating perhaps for a couple days so his stomach is temporally full. He will drink a lot and this do will add to a temporally bigger size. A 12 years study from the Russian Wildlife Society site says. Bengal and Siberians in the wild are similar in size. Males average is 419 lb.
Not like ur lion pimp at least. Vze he makes his meal by his bitches and steal other carnivores food like a filthy pussycat and sits on its throne like a lazy ass
@@neolg8882 ,male lions are big game specialists and more often take the lead to bring down Cape buffaloes, Giraffes, Hippoes,Eland oryxes and female or sub adult elephants.
