Feel that's the only way to cook a nicely marbled steak. I do my ribeyes the same way. So goo!

I love that offset, it's like a swiss army knife cooker. I need to do a pizza in there at some point, I heard they come out pretty great.

Worth it for a special occasion.

This was my first, and man I feel like I've been really missing out now. I've got a wagyu ranch here that delivers, and I'm finding that these leaner cuts are really good as wagyu. The fattier cuts you can use prime or choice just fine, the wagyu on those sometimes is a little too much.

I can't believe I've been missing out this entire time.
