Made some great sausages sandwiches with Wagyu Sausage from Hassle Cattle Company. Sauce, pepper and onions utilizing the grill and side burner of the Monument Grills MESA 305!

• Started with some Wagyu sausage from Hassle Cattle Company.
• Also, peppers, onions and Rao’s Marinara sauce. As well as some great rolls.
• Set up the Monument Mesa 305 on low heat just to heat up the sausage since it was already pre-cooked.
• Fired up the side burner for the peppers and onions. Once softened, we added the Rao’s!
• Once the sauce was just keeping warm, we put the sausage on to warm up.
• Just took a few minutes to warm up the sausage. We did turn the grill temp up.
• We built the sandwiches and enjoyed!
Summary: The Mesa 305 is an outstanding grill and I would recommend to anyone looking for a solid grill at a great price! The sausage links from Hassle Cattle Company had some great flavor and was perfect for a good sausage sandwich!
