I know it’s time consuming but the easiest fix if you want the straight look is roller setting it with big rollers….Hair will thrive for sure! I lay it down with my scarf and it’s literally the same results. Thought to throw that in the air ❤❤❤ my hair sheds like crazy if I don’t wash it often, I cannot go past 5-6 days period. I wonder if you ever dabbled with washing more often?
I have been losing my hair. I don't use heat at all. I have not changed a thing. My hair is shedding. So I did a big trim on my ends. I'm not sure what's happening. I have my unlay on deck. Same thing is happening to me, I’m changing relaxers from lye to NO LYE relaxer, I’ve done everything faithfully for my hair even running out buying expensive products! 😢
@@lovelite6737 I don't know what is the issue. Has my head spinning. My hair was doing great and now it's acting crazy. I always used no lye relaxers. I used gentle treatment for the past two years. I'm switching to affirm sensitive scalp and how that will work for me. I bought the entire relaxer system. Fingers are crossed. 🤞🏽🙏🏽

I just figured out my hair loss issue. Last month I saw my neurologist that did 3 difft steroid injections in my lower back because I'm having pain. Its the side effect from the injections. Omg! Is truly throwing my hair but I'm aiming for some strengthening products asap. I would have never taken that. Now all my beautiful hair is shedding out. Ugghhhh. I'm disgusted. It took me a long time to get my beautiful long strands and now they are weaker than ever. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Sorry to hear that you are experiencing a set back. Moroccanoil moisture repair I found to be okay but my hair loves pureology strength cure. You should sample it if you haven't done so already. I've been testing the living proof triple bond complex, but I've mixed feelings about it. I might give that restore repair leave-in a try. Your hair broke off because you left it in that heated, bone straight condition for more than a week. Washing is the ultimate moisturizer. So if you want bone straight , just wash within a week, it to give it a break and allow your hair to heal a bit by deep remoisterizing.
Could you address when dealing with your ends,, the time frame you do so and the difference between a dusting, trim and a cut? I'm asking in reference to how to maintain the health of the ends. I'm also looking forward to the protective styles (cold weather here).

Wrap your hair at night then you won't have to put heat on it everyday. If you want curls twist your hair around a robe belt. And always use a silk bonnet at night.

Do you think you'll continue to do relaxers for the rest of your life or try keratin treatments instead? I'm sure you probably get this comment a lot but I'm scared of sticking to perms because of the associated risks. I've been considering vegan keratin treatments.

Hello! I only use clarifying shampoo after I remove protective styles (weaves, braids) because I tend to leave them in for a few month and usually have a lot of build up. I know 😩 Im so upset. Fortunately right now I’m still able to find locally at beauty supply stores, but when that becomes an issue I will probably use ORS olive oil relaxer.
@@Exoticbarbie. idk why. But there’s a big chance relaxers will get banned in 5 years. That’s why I’m transitioning my hair there’s no point in doing this anymore
