Seasons 3-5 were decent in my opinion giving more power to their studio audience of fans and bringing in celebrity guests. But I feel like as if the Monopoly crazy cash machine was rigged during those seasons with the "Go To JAIL" cards Also the Community Chest thing could not work for my opinion budget wise. For seasons 3-5, they should have just picked the two families in red and yellow from the studio audience to get the cash cards for winning the games/get the vacation package for the highest dollars amount won and be done with
Hmm... It wasnt rigged, there was just certain cards that would end a game. If the card goes to $864 then it "goes to jail". Personally, I like to believe what you could do with something that could get you sent to jail would be the "jail" card. The win card was non-crime. I like to think so. The cash machine is where everyone comes together to see a "moment that matters. Everyone should be included. In season 3-5 it was the chest. Personally, I would've given each family a cash card and an additonal one if they won the family game night community chest or their respective game. Winning in a solo family game invovles hitting a set goal for game. Sorry: Winning the game Barrel of Monkeys: Winning the game Yhatzee: Winning the game Winning the game gets you a prize and an extra card. As in season 1 and 2. And if you dont win, youre stuck with one card.
