Here are some steps for doing an air walk: Start to the side - 1.Kick out your front foot while sliding it back 2.Lift your heel 3.Kick your back foot 4.Slide it back 5.Lift your heel 6.Go through to the ball of your foot all the way 7.down to your heel 8.Keep your weight centered above yourself You can start slowly and then speed it up. You can also add your arms for some style.
Brain tries to recognize the moving parts first but misses out the still leg at the same instance. That creates a proper illusion for us. Nice work guys.
