This is a spring routine of boiling bamboo shoots and making strawberry jam.
You can easily make strawberry jam in the microwave♪ Lunch is cherry blossom rice that will give you the feeling of spring.

◎Bamboo shoots boiled in Tosa
Bamboo shoots 1 piece
Dashi soup 120cc
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Mirin 1 tablespoon
Plenty of bonito flakes
A few Japanese pepper leaves
Slice boiled bamboo shoots into 1cm wide pieces
Cut the tips into 1/4 lengthwise.
①Put the broth and bamboo shoots in a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.
② Once it boils, cover it with a lid and simmer over medium heat.
③ Boil for 7-8 minutes until the broth evaporates.
Turn off the heat and add plenty of bonito flakes.
Finish by sprinkling the bonito flakes while shaking the pot.
④ Arrange the Japanese pepper leaves.
◎Strawberry jam
Half the amount of sugar for the strawberries
1-2 tablespoons orange juice
Lemon or orange zest, if available
I heated 300g of strawberries in the microwave for 5 minutes three times.
Please check the thickness and add the heating time.

ご覧頂きありがとうございます 2合のレシピです 桜塩漬け 20gくらい 梅干し  大2個 水380cc 酒とみりん 各10cc 桜の塩漬けをさっと洗い水気をきる 土鍋に順に入れ、最後に梅干しと 桜を入れて炊きます ⭐桜は炊き上がってから蒸らし中に 入れる方がピンク色が飛んでしまわないので、後から入れても良いかもしれません。 春をお楽しみ下さいませ
