Thank you for your honesty in the beginning of the video. I love seeing videos like this because it shows we're actually human and that we need God. I love when your friend said, "I feel like it's really hard to be patient in the waiting because we can't see the big picture in the end that God sees, we just see nothing happening when really there probably is something happening we just can't see it." This to me is the most clear definition of faith because we walk in blindness of believing Jesus has a plan for our lives! Bless you guys forever!! ❤

As a dude, I don’t know how this channel got recommended to me. That being said, I laughed quite a bit throughout the video (not at you), but also encouraged as well. I felt that in a way, it’s God telling me to let it all go and surrender all to him as well. It’s something I’ve struggled with for YEARS!!! I ended up going back to college (yes, I recently graduated), but found no potential woman to wife up. 😂 For me, when I was younger I got really close with another girl at my old church. To a point where we became best friends. Naturally, one starts (me) to develop feelings for the other. Long story short, it didn’t work out and we’re not best friends anymore (still somewhat acquaintances though). Anyway, since then I’ve been so fearful of putting myself out there and committing to someone again. If it is his will for me to have a wife, then I fully surrender everything to him. Well that’s the end of my rant/story. I pray that you continue to share God’s word to the masses and encourage those who may need it. God has given you this platform for a reason. God bless you, from Canada!

GIRL...I think a lot of us in this season and finding one another even in online spaces like this is meant to kinda huddle us together and find community. I'm in a waiting season, and trying to get my heart out of being in love with a man that I thought was sent by God but turns out he's a ghosting man not after my heart, and I don't have family and all my friends are away so Christmas is gonna be quiet this year. So instead of being sad all day like last year, I keep telling myself I'm gonna spend it with God, we're gonna have some good worship and bible time, maybe go see a movie, pick up some takeout, and I'm gonna through all the things I'm grateful for despite this season of waiting (even with this guy shattering my heart he brought me so many wonderful lessons) because goodness I have SO many things to be grateful for this year, including starting my spiritual pilgrimage and coming back to God. I consider discovering your channel another boon of that. So as a lady in her late 20s sitting in the single waiting season and really struggling with my heart right now, I feel you, I hear you, and we'll get through this season.

This is so random/ I never really do this, but I wanted to say that I’m in the same season as you! It can be so hard waiting, but one thing I’ve learned is that God always grows us in ways we can’t imagine. The Lord put me through a year of closed singleness where I devoted time to get to know him and thought it all, he really taught me how I truly don’t need anything but him/ really grew me in the different fruits I never really payed attention to. Holidays are hard, especially with it being a season for relationships, but don’t loose sight of what relationship this season brings!!! Because of Christmas we can get to know Jesus and be able to pray to God.. so thank God! God has such a beautiful man for u someday, just know his plan is attached to his understanding being so much higher than ours. His plan is good bc Jesus says he is good, and he has never failed on any of his past promises with anything in the Bible. Hopefully this helps someone in some way!! Hope y’all have a great season and a merry Christmas!!!!

thank you for your honesty & sharing more of your heart in this season!! when you said "we have zero solutions", I thought to myself: how beautiful that we serve a God whose creativity goes way beyond our ideas and solutions when it comes to meeting our future spouse. from beginning to end, our story with Christ is one of complete surrender, a story where striving, effort and works never amount to anything...and maybe the Lord is in the business of writing love stories that reflect His heart and His Gospel in that way. Love stories where people will say: the grace of God is so evident in this & it´s clear that you could have never done this out of your own strength & in your own efforts. Just some thoughts, I´m right there with you, feeling the pain & hardship of it. But how beautiful to know that we have a good Father who does not joke around when it comes to the hearts of his daughters & longs to bless us abundantly

Had a door shut about a month ago (still fresh) and that type of pain forced me to LEAN INTO God and it's truly the only reason every day has slowly improved. Sometimes it's hard and feels unfair when things end when we don't want them to, but that's a part of faith - believing God has something better for us. 💛 needed this video as a reminder!

Wow! Wow! This touched me So, I recently had a failed engagement and trust me, I’ve not been the same. It was worse today cause I saw that person and they seem to be moving on. That shut door is very hard to get over. The thought that I cling to is that, yes I can’t see the end picture, but God can. And by Jeremiah 29:11 it is good; it is so much better than we could ever ask, dream, or imagine. What an amazing Christmas party!!! What a blessing!!! I’ve walked through a huge hard time with my husband being let go from his last job which was at the church we have been attending for the last 6 years. I still work there and it’s been hard…bc he will not step foot in that church ever again. This was the first year we did not get to attend church as a family…on Christmas. Staying grounded in Gods word and being obedient is the biggest thing we can do. He is so faithful and just. God is good no matter what. My friend Laura lost her son..he was only 8. He was adopted from Uganda. The family is devastated. Please pray for them. Little Jonah is made whole in the arms of our father now. Praise God ❤ thanks for your prayers

I took a yr off from dating after checking out every guy that walked into Bible study.....God said take a yr off and hang out w me. It was hard. Like the boy I thought I was gonna marry forever was asking to date again....I heard God say "the person you marry will be a mere reflection of how much you trust me "I was obedient and am SO grateful I was....(not always obedient, lol). I made a list of the things that were important....the desires of my heart for a husband prayed over it all the time. Prayed for him every time the clock randomly read 12:34 😂....it wasn't exactly a yr later BUT God opened my eyes to see my husband was one of my closest guys friends and it was beautiful! He blessed my obedience. We are 4 kids in and celebrating 20 yrs married in 2024. God is SO with you. Pray for that boy! Don't give in or settle! God's best is soooo much better than what what we could imagine! Thus season is about preparing you for all HE has for you. Enjoy it! I recommend a special journal and keep doing what you're doing. It's gonna be beautiful!❤

This vlog literally spoke to me exactly where I’m at. I recently had something really similar happen this week, which was hard because I just had a major door shut earlier this year. I love how real you were-I don’t know what to do either. And surrendering our love lives to God is HARD. Even still, we have to take God at his word, “that he works all things for good for those who love him and are called according to his purposes” #trustingGodgirlies. Let’s get through this together!

hi ladies🤍 so i’m a month away from getting married and i cant believe im saying that. i never thought the time would come and i met him & got engaged this year. God can literally change your life in a time span of MONTHS. This is to say, rejection is so hard, but now being on the other side of it - God gave me everything I ever prayed for and MORE. It is so worth it. Trust He has your promise close to His heart.

I thank God for you and your videos! God knew I needed this. I myself just came out of a cry session with God and before I left He gave me a promise. I needed to pray all day cause I felt in a huge funk but didn’t. Until my time with God. He always knows just what I need. Thank you soooo much! I am also 25 and unmarried. A year ago I wasn't ready but I am now. BUT a thing that helps me is praying for contentment and praising God for what I have. Paul says to be content in all things. It helps to know that there are others out there who feel this way so thank you for sharing

Ugh… so, I love this channel and how it’s encouraged my faith, but I have to express- I don’t understand the restlessness for a husband. I’m 30 years old, single, and such a firm believer that as daughters, we’re not called to “find” our husband but be prepared when god brings him into our lives. Our job is to focus on Jesus, strengthening our identity in him, and pursuing our unique calling in spreading the gospel. I understand being excited to meet our husband, but not to the point where we almost idolize it. Especially when you’re only in your 20’s- you’re still so young with so much time on your side! You’ll never have these years back, enjoy them being single and pursuing Jesus & building friendships!

Thank you so much for this. I’ve been struggling heaps lately in my singleness when I’m surrounded by all my mates who are married with kids. Two of my mates recently announced they were pregnant in the last couple of weeks and of course I’m over the moon for them but each time this happens it hurts. I’ve been struggling with feeling like God’s punishing me, or that He doesn’t love me (which I know isn’t true, but I’ve been pretty low). And then I’ve been frustrated because it’s like well, God if you won’t bless me with a loving husband and kids, tell me where my mission field is at? Where do you want me to go? What do you want me to do? And I have no answer to that either? It feels like I’m in this constant limbo and I’m so confused by it. I’m clinging with all my might to the Lord but I’m utterly exhausted. My friends are all well meaning but if I hear “It will happen when you least expect it” or “Just stop thinking about it and it will happen” or “Marriage isn’t that great, you should be happy you’re still single and free to go and do whatever” I will absolutely SCREAM. I know God’s got this and there’s a reason for it, I guess I’m just tired. If you’ve made it this far, thanks for reading and I’d really appreciate prayer.
