Waiving Home Inspection is Illegal?? MA lawmakers think it should be... 

MA is on the cusp of passing legislation that will make it illegal for buyers to waive a home inspection as part of their offer. If the bill passes, sellers will be required to allow all buyers to perform an inspection within 10 days of an accepted offer. This has the potential to create a precedent so that other states could enact similar laws.
