I've never surfed the X23, but I can tell you the X46 is legit. I haven't heard one bad thing about the 23 either. I skimmed the video, but my guess is the boat was just using factory ballast/two people on board. Even then, that wave looked pretty long and clean, IMO. I would be throwing down 3's no problem on that wave.
I've surfed the 26, which is the same boat but obviously 26ft. Wake is ridiculous. Largest I've ever seen. Not as clean as the X46 or X30, but still crazy. The demo didn't really seem to have the wake dialed in, so it was a little plain. Trust me, Gen 2 on the 23 and 26 makes a huge wave.
