Wakeboarding S-Bend vs. Frontflip

Hey great content guys! I just watched all your Videos about the Raley and I have a question about the release. When you scoop out of the water with your front foot, are you also pushing the board into the water with your back foot as well, like a normal pop? All the best, Dave.

Yowza, great content as usual. Which one would you reccomend to try first? Also would it be helpful to do a HS frontflip off a kicker first?

I remember I had trouble to do a front roll, it took me a lot of time because my body was automatically spinning as a s-bend. Bending my front knee helped me a lot. I would like to call a front flip a front roll because it is just the reverse of a back roll, it absolutely doesn't look like the gymnastic front flip. Those which are actually front flips are the mexican roll and the front roll. Wakeboard tricks names make nonsence sometimes!
