Weather here in Austria is already pretty bad but your videos help keep the anticipation for the next season going. I am still a total noob, barely managing the corners at the cable park, but I hope to one day be able to go out and "steal" some waves too 😎
@@jboneill I most likely would still go but the cable park has already closed. I tried it on the boat on the Danube river a few weeks ago but it's a bit intimidating if the only other vessels are midsized cruise liners and transport ships and you are a sitting duck in the water half the time trying to get up :) But in our company everyone has to set a goal for a sports/fitness achievement and mine is getting good enough within the next 1-2 years to eventually go to a tournament even if I would be dead last ;)
My buddy James Balzer stole the wake of a tug boat on the Fraser river up here in BC Canada. I have an Efoil i just built and gonna try some wake thievery soon
I know this isn't your specialty, but what boat would you recommend for slalom waterskiing, wake boarding and wake surfing? Would it be like a mastercraft xt?
no boat will be able to do slalom and wakeboarding well. kind of have to pick one or the other. slalom = prostar, Nautique 200, malibu Txi, old moomba or tige you can load a slalom boat with fat sacks and have a pretty sick wake but you won't be able to buy a wake board boat and slalom
You can slalom behind mine, but it’s definitely not designed for that. I would look for an older ski boat like a ski centurion, pro star, ski Nautique, I think Sanger made some good ski boats back in the day.
