Older yugo is most likely going to be a flash back with the Mechasm race on how Qilby literally doomed the Eliatropes, which is probably what is attacking present timeline. With those two silohuettes being mechasms.

As a french person who leaves near the studio, I can assure you it's not only about this budget in particular that it went south :') Also we have helps for cultural creations which I think were already onto Wakfu from season 1 until now, not sure though. Season 3 arrived in a time where the generation of teens who watched it were already moving on and France 3 (the TV channel we watched it on) changed it's audience for cartoons to kids and moved teens shows to another channel (France 4) and didn't properly advertise the last season so tbh not many of us even knew it was airing or anything, so I think it's a lot of many things that accumulated and well, the studio is also trying to diversify itself because it's audience has partly moved on (for example Dofus the movie did rather poorly in theater and we will not get a continuation of the movie :( ) and well again advertising sucking tbh

@@Lisa-hk4yg En gros, comme la série devient mature, le public de la série a changé, les épisodes deviennent plus durs à financer (chacun coute plusieurs centaines de milliers d'euros). Du coup, au lieu d'être financés grâce à l'aide des diffuseurs(style france 3...), ils financeront eux même la production des épisodes, mais avec l'aide du public.

Je viens de terminer la saison est que dire. Ca fais plaisir de retrouver nos héros, de nouveaux méchants, conflits, etc. L'animation (surtout des combats) et la musique est vraiment au top dans cette saison. Le point plus négatif est surement le scénario. Je suis une grande fan de Wakfu depuis mon enfance, j'ai été très heureuse de les retrouver mais il reste comme un arrière gout d'amertume, cette fin manque quelque chose (sans doute car la suite se déroulera dans un Webtoon), il y a la saveur aigre d'une fin pas terminée (bien que émouvante) qui n'aurait pas été conclue à sa juste valeur, je ne sais pas. La série a évolué en maturité depuis la saison 1 y a pas à dire, pourtant, j'ai l'impression qu'il y a eu encore (un peu trop ?) d'humour gras (dans le sens artificiel et quelque peu enfantin, bien que je comprends pourquoi), j'ai trouvé que c'était en trop pour la saison de maturité qu'on nous a promis (l'humour en champs de bataille, vraiment moyen moyen et fait perdre l'intensité et la tension du danger pour nos personnages). Je trouve aussi que l'évolution de la moitié des personnages est peut-être moins impactante ( ? je ne trouve pas de mot qui pourrait décrire ce sentiment, sauf des grosses têtes comme Quilby etc.), quand d'autres semblent faire pratiquement acte de présence alors qu'ils sont bien plus que ça et peuvent paraître un peu hors contexte (figurant dans une bonne partie de la saison), c'est compréhensible au vue de la totalité des personnages mais bien dommage. Bon là je chipote un peu car je veux faire part de mon impression (parmi tant d'autre anonyme qui adore Wakfu). Le point le plus important pour moi est tout de même un brin de déception à toutes les promesses faites dans le trailer dont la majorité n'apparaissent jamais. J'ai cru comprendre que le scénario à plusieurs fois été changé (ce qui peut expliquer), je trouve que c'est tout de même un peu mentir à la communauté. De plus, cette saison n'aura pas introduit l'ère du Waven (comme tant attendu) on dirait presque que ça se finit sur un happy ending alors que nous savons que le Monde des Douz va subir un grand changement, peut-être que le jeu Waven n'est pas canon dans ce cas (désolée je ne suis pas au courant de ça, mes connaissances reste limitées). Par ailleurs, pas que je le voudrais, mais j'ai trouvé qu'il n'y a pas eu beaucoup de mort finalement dans cette saison (nous qui pensions que nos héros n'étaient pas à l'abri du danger comme les autres), au moins il n'y aura pas plus de larmes de notre côté. Et enfin dernier problème, j'ai trouvé que le récit a accéléré jusque les derniers épisodes pour presque complètement disparaître au profit des combats (je le redis, mais merveilleusement animés), mais finalement nous finissons cette saison avec presque autant de questions qu'au départ et je trouve dommage que si nous devons continuer à suivre l'histoire de nos héros nous devrons lire le Webtoon. Wakfu prend vie avec votre animation, aux comédiens de doublages, aux décors, aux couleurs, avec la musique, etc, une suite Webtoon c'est peut-être enlever une partie de l'âme de Wakfu. Enfin, je vais arrêter là car ça commence à être très long. Je vous remercie grandement (A TOUTE L'EQUIPE QUI A TRAVAILLE SUR LE PROJET, ceux dans l'ombre comme ceux dans la lumière !) de nous avoir composé cette saison !! Ce fût incroyable, j'espère sincèrement vous revoir travailler pour une autre saison animée (oui l'espoir fait vivre), mais surtout merci de nous avoir mis pleins d'étoiles d'émerveillement dans nos yeux depuis toutes ces années !! Oulà ça ressemble à un adieu là... Je vous souhaite une très bonne continuation, et je suis sûr que toute la communauté le pense aussi ! Mais vous êtes sûr d'avoir mis le bon trailer ? Le Kickstarter ne serait pas un trailer pour après la saison 4 plutôt ? xD Et désolée pour les éventuelles fautes d'orthographes.

Sur le point de l'humour... heuuuu... Je ne me souviens pas qu'il y ai eu de gag lourd comme tu dis, le ton est resté plutôt sérieux tout le long. À part les Percedal qui restent des Percedal, mais je n'ai personnellement pas trouvé leur douce bêtise dérangeante ^^. Pour ce que ce teaser présente. Même si on commence avec un concept de base, les réécritures sont essentielles en fiction. Ils ont sûrement gardé la même menace (les Nécromes) mais le cadre est en effet très diffèrent (on a quand même pas été loin de l'apocalypse montrée.). J'aime bien que l'on se soit concentré sur le retour du peuple Eliatrope et les conflits que ça a engendré au début et cette grande menace qui est venue s'ajouter. Même si ce qu'on nous a montré dans ce teaser est alléchant, ça ne reste qu'une suite d'images impressionnante, des concepts, et on ne fait pas forcément de bonne histoire juste avec un concept. Je pense juste que ce qu'il avait de base ne fonctionnait pas assez bien. La fin ne semble pas incompatible avec ce que je vois de Waven ( déso j'y ai pas joué par contre), en tout cas plus que le monde mort qui y a dans le teaser? C'est suggéré avec L'attaque de Brakmar que Les Nécromes on tout de même détruit des Nations. Ça par contre ça aurait été bien de le montrer, Le royaume Sadida est sauvé, mais on ne voit pas l'impacte après l'attaque sur le monde des douze. On a eu sur la fin, de mon point de vue, une histoire de guerre à la seigneur des anneaux. Nos héros n'avaient pas besoin d'évolué, ils ont vécu tellement de choses, je pense qu'ils sont pleinement accomplis en tant que personnage à présent. Seul importait le sort du monde/univers. Et faut dire que c'est pour moi ce qui donne la conclusion à cette histoire : Qu'importe la menace, ils continueront à se battre ensemble ! Et un jour, l'univers prendra juste fin. Je suis curieuse, quelle sont les questions que tu te poses ? Y a que s'est-il passé dans l'Inglorium / Ou sont passé les dieux qui me titille, à moins que j'ai raté l'information.

Courage à vous franchement j'ai découvert cet anime au milieu de mon adolescence la saison m'embêtait de tout ces épidodes filer fait pour la télé, mais Nox m'avait tellement accoché. La saison 2 me faisait un peu pareil mais Quilby puis la suite arriva toujours meilleure au possible. Et offrant tellement de hype et de belles animations. Ma copine, moi et ma bande on sera les premiers à guetter ces épisodes qu'on attend depuis longtemps. Et au passage cette musique est extra il me la faut pour des séances de JDR avec les amis. BOn courage à toute la team.

No, they all have one. The normal Eliatropes too. Yet, Emrub has no dragons. It should have baby dragons. That's extremly weird OR extremly racist??? Or do you want to tell me the Great Dragon was fine with creating a million Eliatropes and almost no Dragons? That's nonsensical or not? I think this is a Giant Plot Hole... one of multiple ones... Yep. Great Dragon and Eliatrope Goddess created the Krosmoz during their first dance, then they created the Eliatropes on their second one. Nope. Only the first 6 Eliatropes who were born have a Dofus and a dragon sibling. These six Eliatropes along with their dragon were called 'The Council of Six' and they were tasked with leading and governing the normal Eliatropes. Baltazar was the one with the children in Emrub because he was a teacher, the kind of teacher that taught math and mind stuff, while his Eliatrope brother, Glip, taught about combat. Not at all racist, because like I said, only the first 6 have a dragon sibling and Dofus. Yep he was fine with it. And apparently in the manga it says he didn't even participate in the creation of the Eliatropes. a bit dumb, so I ignore that part of the manga. But yeah he was totally fine with just the first 6 Eliatropes having a dragon sibling. Cuz' dragons are very powerful beings after all. Nope, no plot holes here. And please stop spreading lies and misinformation everywhere.

@@hydargos06 Vas voir en bas du Kickstarter, y'a des paliers de dons : à chaque 100 000€ un nouvel épisode peut être produit. En gros, si on veut une saison complète de 13 épisode, on doit réussir à réunir 1,100 000€

De mémoire Ankama avait dit qu'un épisode coûtait environ 400-500 000€ à produire, seulement si le Kickstarter atteignait le premier pallier ils produiraient au moins les 3 premiers épisodes en finançant le reste eux-même s'ils n'arrivent pas à resigner de contrat avec une chaîne télé et avoir un financement du CNC (avec le problème que le CNC ne finance les projets d'animation que s'ils ont déjà un contrat en cours avec une chaîne télé pour la production). Ca ne veut pas dire malheureusement qu'avec 1 million d'euros par exemple ils peuvent produire 10 épisodes sans aides ni partenariat :( Et par contre oui le Royaume Sadida à l'air de prendre encore cher, ils pourraient changer de zone quand même pour équilibrer un peu, les pauvres ^^ Edit : j'avoue j'avais pas encore vu les palliers, et bien on dirait qu'Ankama est confiant pour proposer les autres épisodes avec des palliers aussi faibles :)

I'm not surprised, it's a trailer from before the funding, and they weren't sure how many episodes could be funded. Imagine writing a script without knowing how many episodes there would be, no wonder they adapted based on the success of the funding. What's more, recent news on Kickstarter says that the phenomenal success of season 4 funding has motivated a French TV channel to fund a season 5. Maybe we'll see some of these scenes.

One of the reasons was that while it was first decided for the mechasm to be the ennemies of this season, the creator said that he struggled to write an interesting villain with it being a thoughtless robot so he changed it for the necroms, he also wanted to end his anime with an happy ending and saved the "world is ending" part for a manga that will be published instead of a season 5

Did i get the Last Season Finale right? They are now in Ingloriom, the realm of the gods, yes? So? What's next? Aside from that unfortunate kissing with the Evil Overlord of Amalya, the Brotherhood isnt at fault, and they actively stopped the Gods from getting killed by Oropo!! Now trying to murder the Brotherhood of the Tofu would be extremly dumb and extremly crazy of the 12 Gods. Also, not defending them also - at least for the Goddess Eliatrope! I always had the highest Hopes for her!! So i hope it's not unreasonable writing again, as we had with Adamai turning into Darth Vader with no good Reason. And Oropos Plans overall. That was just bad writing - no offense! I hope the new Season will be Epic, with good writing and without any damn Sex Jokes.

Waven, the Game i mean, has none of the known Races and a bunch of others instead. It's all different. They dont seem anything like 'evolved' Iop, or 'evolved' Sadida, if you get what i mean. It's just a whole other world?? And anyway: WERE NOT DONE WITH THE WAKFU ERA! Or better said, with the World of Twelve! Do i need to list all the Plot Holes and Mysteries and Unkown that many even have already forgotten about?? We still know basically nothing about the Eliatropes, the Eliotropes, the Eliacube, the Eliapizza, and many other Elia-Things! Of course all shows don't tell you straight all the Plot - but Wakfu has just created too many Secrets and Mysteries, it's just too much. We need an abundant amount of long Explanations to get all this straight!!

@@slevinchannel7589 in the game "Islands of Wakfu" it's all about the Eliatropes and the cube. It's a pretty fun game, I enjoyed it. I believe it's still cannon as well because Eliatropes are interdimensional beings. That may not being satisfying but that's an answer.

But according to the islands of Wakfu, Mina and Chibi were in a Relationship - which is dumb as heck, because they're brother and sister. Both Parents the absolute same.

@@thunderchungus9971 Eliotropes and Eliatropes works differently. When one of the 12 first Eliatropes dies, their Wakfu return to their origin dofus, waiting to their twin dragon to do the same. When both the eliatrope and the dragon die, and enough Wakfu is collected inside their dofus (naturally with time, or artificially with the eliacube), both dragon and eliatrope resurrect without their old memories (except Quilby). Normal Eliatropes don't have a dofus or a twin dragon. When they die, their soul goes to incaram to be reincarnated Eliotrope we're created accidentally by Yugo. When an Eliotrope dies, his essence and memories is absorbed by the nearest Eliotrope, prolonging his/her life. Oropo was the last Eliotrope after millennia.

I’ve been watching Wakfu for years, over and over again, I just keep repeating the show. But every time that ending, that cliffhanger, those unanswered questions that make me so frustrated, always gets me. This trailer practically got me shaking, just knowing that the next season is underway is amazing. Hope it comes out soon!

This Franchise needs to be Fixes so Hard, it's not even funny anymore. Plot Holes in the Cartoon, almost noFans has anything NEAR the Full Picture of the Lore, Marketing Issues like all heck and beck, and for crying out loud: the Game's are mostly Shit, thanks to being mostly Luck-based anyway. And soooo much more. And what are they doing now, after Years of Inactivity with the Cartoon and right after a Huge Kickstarter? They say "Be on Standby". Sorry, but are they idiots? Even if there wasnt a VIRUS CRISIS GOING ON, this would still be a bad Move. Wow.

Tot did trash with his anime by being too much family friendly and the characters don't really have a good character development (except some of them like Nox and Qilby). But that's an attaching serie with attaching character and a superb universe. I hope Tot will do better with that season.
