Waking up early in the morning is not easy. It can take a lot of willpower and motivation to get out of bed at 4am when you're comfortably snuggled up in your blanket. However, this can be made much easier by naturally adopting the habit and adjusting your cycle through a few simple changes.
In this video, I am taking you with me through an early morning and a standard day in medical school, sharing as much as I can to give you insight, inspiration and/or a sense of relatability.
