Waking up early is a huge step to being more productive fr. I used to go to bed at 10pm and wake up just before 6am to login to work. But now I wake up at 3:30am and go to bed at 7:30pm so I can get a workout in, some reading/journaling, breakfast, etc. Just make sure to pull your wake up time back slowly.
Its like 1:00 rn and me and my bestie are about to sleep since we’re extremely tired and we’re having a sleepover and istg your videos are so comforting!! AHHH I LOVE YOU SO MUCH ❤❤❤
