I naturally wake up at 4-5am in the morning. I love it! I literally feel like I have the world to myself. I get so much done and still feel like I have a head start to my day. By the time the world starts moving I’m already set and ready. Them I have the rest of the day to relax and do things I like. I go to bed when Im sleepy and that’s usually around 8.

waking up at 5am is a game changer especially cause I feel like I’m on top of the world esp if I’m out going to a workout. I always love seeing other cars out and about it feels so good like we’re all being productive to start the day❤
5am club!!! I literally get up at 430am-maybe 420 some days, and then other days right at 5am, I get up - brush teeth, wash face, drink pre workout or shot of espresso - change, and literally in half an hour ill be out the door (gym is like 2 mins away). Then Ill train (and the gym is SO dead in the morning) and all the same ppl are there which i love, i leave the gym by 8am, then i have an hour to myself to shower, skin care, red light and makeup if i want. (i work from home 9-5 corporate job). I sign in by 9am, make myself tea or coffee, and during the day if i need to clean or do errands i will, depending how busy it is at work. then by the time work ends, i have SO MUCH Free time in the evening. I can go for another walk, eat dinner, play video games, watch a movie, read a book, do errands if i need too, i always watch a movie before bed (i never finish it but ill start it) (im in bed by 9-930) and usually asleep before 10pm. i get about 6 hours of sleep, 6.5 sometimes, which is all i need. The longer i sleep the more i feel like shit or get a headache. Honestly so much more time, and because the sun isnt up yet by 5am, its kinda giving me like extra night time routine. By the time i leave the gym the sun is out. (mind u this is winter) imagine how summer is going to feel. Sunset walks, watching the sun rise... ugh cant wait!

hey!! i know this was posted a few months ago, but maybe you’ll see it! I started using a sleep calculator to determine what time i should go to sleep - it’s based of a 90 minute intervals and it lets you know when your brain is most awake so that you can set your morning alarm for that time. I typically wake up feeling super refreshed, even if i got 5 hours of sleep!
It's just harder to wake up at 5 because you are changing your sleep/wake cycle. It will take a little while of doing this but if you consistently wake up at 5 then it will become more natural once your body has adjusted! Love the vid btw! New sub! xx
For me I constantly wake up around 4-5 am because my classes starts at 7:00 and i like to go at 6:20 to finish homework and stuff and i swear its amazing how it changed my whole productivity system(if that makes sense)

On nights I can’t sleep I always take a lavender bath or shower, put lavender essential oil in defuser or wax burner, spray nighttime lavender sleepy time spray and spray the lavender sleepy time pillow spray all over my bed and pillows and blankets. Maybe rub some lavender lotion on and some soft music or meditation music. Put my phone etc down. And just go to sleep it is SO relaxing and has helped me tremendously and I have chronic insomnia! Amazon has saved my life lololol

I have to wake up 5am every other week for work . I should wake up even earlier if i wanted to do something before i have to go to work, but cant let myself to wakeup at 4am

from childhood until now I'm 19 I always wake up around 4,5,6 in the morning most often at 5 in the morning because I'm also a Muslim so I have to do my prayers on time 🖤
I wake up between 6-7 usually on work/uni days and then between 7-8 on weekends. It kind of depends on what time I need to wake up the next morning or what time I went to bed at nights, since it’s important to me to get 7-8h of sleep.
I need at least 8.5 hours of sleep so I try to go to bed at 10:30-11 and honestly let my body wake me up. That’s usually around 8:30-9am. I’m fortunate to do this because I’m taking a gap year 😊

i can never do this challenge every time i try to, something stops me from getting enough sleep. literally i was planning on waking up around five tmr, but all of a sudden i gotta babysit my niece until eleven pm, so i wont get home until like midnight. im going to try and wake up anyway, since i have to wake up early already, but im going to have such a headacheee. but i naturally would wake up at 5 for school, but since it's summer and i don't have to go anywhere as early i get an extra hour or two of sleep

I used to wake up at 6 then when the time changed I started waking up at 5> then after the holidays I have been waking up at 5:15 or 5:30...even 5:45 some days. I got a sunrise alarm clock and it is easier to get up. I eventually want to get back to this 5 am routine.. On the weekends I sleep in until 7:30 at the latest. But.. It does feel good waking up early after awhile
Bone broth is so good for you but don’t spend a bunch of money ordering it online… go to your local grocery store and buy a half gallon and pour a glass everyday also it’s like $2
I need to wake up because of work at 5 and it was hard at the beginning but now I love it because I can do so much before work and it’s so quiet I can read do Pilates shower etc. and then go to work I feel really produktiv 😍
I used to get up early before work to exercise, but I started feeling like if I went after work, I was much less sluggish and could train harder. But then again, I felt like I had more energy at work when I went in the morning. So it is vice versa.
Muslims have to wake up to pray at 5am every day. Just that alone time to pray and meditate is the most nourishing, profound feeling for the mind/body/heart/soul
I like watching videos like these bc they are inspirational/motivational.. but at the same time alot of these things are just not rlly an option for me. I really dont know how people (especially with depression/adhd/ptsd) manage to fill their days like this. often times I can't even move or get out of bed and no matter what I do im tired lol.. I try things that are easier and still never hold that habit
You are so good!! I always try to wake up on time, and im a swimmer so 3 timers a week i HAVE TO wakes up at 4:40am but on the other days i just cant get out of the bed till 7am wich is bad bc i have to leave my home till 7:30
