A great tip I wanna give is just wakeup n dress up n start working out or go for a run or do some activity. It will give you a motivation to wakeup n do something. And also after dressing up you will eventually have to go out.. it will def wakeup you up and also you'll be done with your workout and stuff. It works for me might help you.ive been waking up 5 an from past one month

Honestly...this video was a reminder for me to wakeup early..i too have been trying this every now and then but always end up waking up at 10am after 2 3 days..i will definitely try including the lavendar mist and journaling at night because i struggle a lot to sleep..this video was very realistic and those little tips will definitely help me to push myself...thankyou so much mridul...you truly help me in every way possible❤️🥺Love you❤❤❤

It’s good u don’t skip your skincare and keep it besides your bed but it’s not V effective to do your skincare JUST BEFORE sleeping. There should be a time gap of at least half an hour so that the products can absorb into your skin rather than just getting on the pillow covers. ❤❤
Honestly needed something like this, to like motivate myself to get up in early to study in the morning. This year really have to work hard as it my 10th this year as 9th was a disaster. Whenever I take a break, I go though your videos. Hope you grow more. Lots of love

I started waking up at 5:30 the last year. It is revolutionary!! I however get a crash around late afternoon. I need a break from life then.. and yes, heading to the washroom helps. Good video girl.. One feedback is that your audio is low off late. Just check on it please :)

I have to wake up 5:45 in the morning for my college.I feel so lazyyy and always used to missed my college At the starting I wasn’t that much concern abt myself I used to sleep at 1/2 and wake up in 6 and in they day I used to watch mbl all day😢😢I wasn’t concerned abt my life too but Now I have realized abt taking caring of myself and making habit of good and doing housework,Cooking,Cleaning,Reading books and waking up early.and I am so happy 😁
