@ 6:30 you see he gets fouled and even starts after that and smashes him. so the ref is aware and maybe is giving leeway to either side and tom is just not taking advantage of it also? or doesn't need or want to?
Everyone is loading. You have to be strong enough to keep your arm on your side even in setup. It's on the puller to get in position. Everyone is carving, rising, loading, or backpressure. It's part of it
Yea Luke is clearly pulling back, before the go. That's unfortunate. When things happen a bit too quickly for him to do that, that's when Tom is able to pull him to the side after the go (then the slip happens and they go into straps).
It is. People rave about WAL and how it's taken the sport in a new direction. But armwrestling has always been authentic if nothing else. This is just sad, as you say.
+James Fehr Half the crowd were weird and loudly but there were some people who were quoted and just observing, especially the old people on the left. By the way, I like your cat, it is cute, I love cats 🐈
Thanks to Devon? You must be new to armwrestling. Travis bagent was the guy that ran all the Wal tournaments through 2017 until he left. Guy put up the money and Travis put together the tourneys
@@swalker9482 yes, new people usually see Devon as the "face of armwrestling" .. nobody actually knows who and what drives armwrestling in USA , Europa and Asia...
Luke seems more humble here than in some previous outings. Seems like a hard character to read but overall seems like a pretty cool dude and he's clearly one helluva puller
I know this is nonesense but~ when Holland committed a foul and ref said dont worry u have 3. Theatrically he has only 1 more cause 2 more would be a loss lol great match tho! They both wanted it badly
I'm torn so badly I'm a big kindt fan but I'm English and have been impressed by Holland in past. I just hope kindt don't pull my second absolute favorite the bama bull Justin bishop. Even if he gets to final with my num1 favorite larratt he won't beat him I just have a feeling Justin bishop is the one to watch this year.
