Look into the airlift leader line from airlift/bagriders. More durable way to run lines to the front suspension. No more PTC and the fragile dot air lines that cause those leaks

Any Chance you will repost your old vids of this build? I would love to see the trunk minus the t/floor for referencing how much to cut out... also would love a vid of the new vintage air and heat install...Love the 49, but cant get enough of my 53 Time Machine, these are WONDERFUL Cars. The memories of me and and my Dad, with his 53. He had all the good ol,Chevs.

It's not too bad but vertical clearance is tight. In my case the oil filter is directly above steering rack hydraulic line fitting. This caused me to mount the front of the engine higher than I otherwise would have, which is contributing to some concerns with the drive shaft angle. I currently have the car partially apart looking at some options to decrease the drive shaft angle.
