The issue is sometimes when we add the titles it can get flagged and taken down especially if it's popular music, have you used the app Shazam before? It detects what tracks are what when you use the app
No sorry, as a fitness coach I don't really recommend focusing on those aspects of workouts - more about quality of how your fitness was and if strength and endurance is improving. That's the best data to track
Yes, adjust weights accordingly. Form is more important than weight. If you can't perform exercises properly with a weight you choose, then lower the weight and increase with time.

If you need specific for healing ab separation, I recommend working with the appropriate physio for this that will give you a targeted exercise program.
