WOW! This was amazing. I loved the walking workout to the standing weights. Surprise twist at the end with the floor work!

What a beautifully complete whole body workout! This can be my new morning go to. Also, I made a big fat point of getting up early enough to do this in the morning instead of at the end of the day because you’re so fun to work out with! Excited to continue to change and grow together!

Oh My Goodness Gina!!! The best Walk n’ Tone yet! I did this workout this morning and my daughter even joined and had a blast! I will be getting plenty of steps with this workout alone!

The music really got me into this one - especially the leg track. I upped my weight a bit to 7lbs and boy was I feeling it on that one.

The issue is sometimes when we add the titles it can get flagged and taken down especially if it's popular music, have you used the app Shazam before? It detects what tracks are what when you use the app

No sorry, as a fitness coach I don't really recommend focusing on those aspects of workouts - more about quality of how your fitness was and if strength and endurance is improving. That's the best data to track

Yes, adjust weights accordingly. Form is more important than weight. If you can't perform exercises properly with a weight you choose, then lower the weight and increase with time.

If you need specific for healing ab separation, I recommend working with the appropriate physio for this that will give you a targeted exercise program.
