Just enquiring about some of the high end rifles, are they mainly used for target or pest control? Or both. Some of them look extremely technical but I'm guessing they would be good at both. I'm still in the break barrel era so I'm well out of date!
Like motorbikes or cars, there are some which are built or modified to the criteria of the rules for a specific competition, however there is no reason why one shouldn't use a performance machine for normal use other than what you like and what your budget allows. If a rifle is engineered to a high standard then there is no reason why you can't use it for target and hunting, other than the shooter might prefer to set a gun up one way or the other. For example I prefer to use a digital Day and Night vision scope for general use and hunting, but conventional glass would be better for a hot day at the range.
Currently doing up the 50 year old BSA I used about the farm in the 70’s. What are the licensing regs nowadays, some of the items you’re selling look pretty serious?
