Hi Jane thank you for another great video as always I always go in b&m when I come to Blackpool I'm quite a regular here though I prefer home bargains have a lovely evening xx
When I walk into a store like this my thoughts turn to what must be a regular nightmare: stocktaking. The digital wonders of the scanner cannot detect what leaves the shelves and departs unpaid for. With the increases in the cost of living these stores might be all that we are left with in a few years. My friends who make bespoke items are faced with people expecting Poundland prices. However, we could not manage without them. Maybe the Cleveleys B and M might move to the now vacant M and Co on Victoria Rd West?
I may be wrong but did B&M not start out as a little part of Bispham Market then eventually they took over the whole market then later opened a big store in Cleveleys.
got to admit, I half live in B&M. we have a small food branch nearby and it's where I get the cats food from. I agree with the steamer - they're so so so so good! (beldray, £26. got mine on the day some random idiot decided to create enough havoc to be detained by police. had I known, I'm a bit on the hefty side, I could've detained him by sitting on him 🤣 told the shook up cashier and she said she'd wished she'd known I was in! hahaha! the only problem there is, I can sit, but need help getting back up again! 🤣 left the store while the eejit was being handcuffed up the outside wall of the store.) the solar bulbs - yes!!! I have three hanging at my bathroom window as it benefits from afternoon sunlight (as do all my solar lights.) visiting the small room in the summer is quite the lit-up experience.
