General and I was a fantastic drama. Never regretted watching it. The fight scenes are the most amazing in this drama among all the other dramas I have seen. And there's no such perfect man as Chu Bei Jie. His love for Ping Ting touched my heart. And the chemistry between Wallace Chung and Angela Baby is definitely one of a kind. Must watch drama👍🏻👏

I loved General and I it was amazing. I liked that she wasn't almost useless like most female leads and she had her own power and even saved him also. They had amazing chemistry no lie. I cried as well even when I rewatched it when they had her funeral. I do love her

In the end hexia or whoever's the enemy name is was still selfless he pushed ping ting back to chu bei jie so she wouldn't fall to the death and get spared with him. In the end he gave her the redemption by releasing her to freedom. Remember she yelled *Let me be* in the end she was so tired and wanted to live

I still feel like this is best chinese drama in 2017 I don't care when they said eternal love is better or Angelababy cannot act because honestly speaking can any other drama beat the strong plot, the strong chemistry of the couple, and the acting of the actors? None yet.

I just wanted to start out that I only watched this video because it was recommended by RU-vid while I was watching another drama MV. And boy, I do NOT regret making that decision to watch your MV. I literally was hooked and interested in watching General and I because of your AMAZING video. (The coloring, voice overs, and scenes put together really drew me in. I re-watch this video over and over again to give me feels lol. No really. I put this video on replay many times LOL). After watching this video and reading your description (I have a weakness for guys treating their girls as the best thing that ever existed lol), I immediately starting watching General and I and been binging on it for the past 3 or 4 days (I'm on episode 25 right now) and still going strong!! It has everything that I wanted in a show. Beautiful costumes, interesting plot lines, an amazing power couple that would do anything for each other and they are faithful to each other! (I literally swoon when Chu Bei Jie makes those huge love declarations and backs them up lol. Sometimes I tag chu bei jie posts as husband goals on tumblr LMAO). I also squeal whenever Ping Ting outplays Bei Jie in battles and he's just happy and proud to be beaten by his wife LOL. (Okay sorry I could go on for days about the battle strategy foreplay they have lol). Anyway, I just wanted to thank you so much for creating this video and drawing me in this drama!! I literally love any dramas that have epic romances to die for and I crave for more of those types of dramas lol. (I might even check out that drama you mentioned in your description. Sound of desert I think?). Thank you again for being an amazing video editor!! THAT WAS SO GOOD!! Pardon my excitement. I saw on your comment back to me last time that you were watching thins (but forgot to reply, sorry!) and I was hoping you'd make an mv for it, so when I saw this I got WAY overly excited lol. This was perfect! This was probably my favorite Chinese Drama so far. It's true, Chu Bei Jie is extremely possessive, controlling, and kind of...rapey...for the first half or so of the series. But it's fiction, so I'm okay with his complete obsession with Ping Ting. It doesn't take long for them to become essentially codependent. Even when she's running from him, it's usually with his well-being in mind. I love that you included both of the main couples. The fallen Prince was such a compelling character, and his own romance was so beautiful but unbearably tragic. The ending was just perfect, imo, and you really captured the intensity of that scene! Honestly, I didn't even mind the long separation, because when they finally reunited, it was so much more worth the wait. My only complaint with the series was that there was not enough of the female doctor and her captor/eventual husband. They were so great and entertaining. I needed more. Anyway, thank you for your beautiful work! Will you be watching 10 Miles of Peach Blossoms too? It's really good so far!
