Cáceres, Spain is layered with history. Tribes from the Paleolithic and Neolithic times have also left their mark here. Cave paintings have been found in the area that dates back over 67,000 years. Artifacts from this period are exhibited in the Cáceres Museum, not to be missed if you're planning a trip here.
In this video, I'll take you for a walk with me through 14th and 16th-century stone walks and truly breathtaking structures that you'll believe you've walked back in time. Filmmakers have discovered the cinematic beauty here too. The historic grandeur lends itself well to the storytelling. Influences of Roman and Moorish architectural features are present here too, with Gothic and Renaissance additions leaving their architectural features here as well.
I hope you enjoy this walk with me. Without knowing the intricate history that shaped this beautiful city, wandering the alleys and courtyards will immerse you in the past and capture your imagination.

Absolutely love this Medieval tour you took us on! 🏰 I'll bet it was breathtaking & carried that mysterious, eerie sensation one gets when visiting a place that goes back in time. Magical! Thank you. ✨🏰✨ I hope you'll share some *cooking videos of Portuguese & Spanish dishes* that you have experienced since your move along with your music that you've been inspired by also! Of course, one day, a batch or two of *soap, colors and scents inspired by your travels* also would be lovely too! I haven't visited RU-vid for some time, *I hope you're feeling a bit more uplifted, starting to heal & mend a bit from your loss, the roller coaster of deep pain, missing & longing.* Every time I made a batch of soap, I thought of your tears & wondered how you were doing. 😢🌿🕊✨✨ *I learned colors from you...& started playing with at the most two for now* (after 1 year of many, many trials & errors of learning the basics of color free soap making, getting my recipe to my liking & without adding micas.) *My absolute favorite color palette of yours is Awapuhi!* Looking forward to your *future videos Clyde, whatever they may be, they are always so inspirational and calming!* 🎨🖌🎼🎵💦💧
