@@realisticequestrian8229 Crazy he was that young and starring in what became the only reliable show in that timeslot's history. Supernatural's feats are criminally underrated. The Walking Dead is struggling and they have the best timeslot in TV (9pm and Sundays) with one of the highest budgets.

I really like his approach to fitness, being more about how he feels rather than just for looks. And it's totally unfair he naturally just doesn't like a lot of food thats bad for ya haha i wish I was more like that!

Well it’s also about discipline. You have to condition yourself to like healthier alternatives. To be aware that everything that goes into your body affects you. You have to just see bad food as bad food for real and don’t just shrug it off like it isn’t. Understand bad fats, bad sugars, replace them with healthy sugars, fats carbs!

I always thought it was the Jared haircut! That he didn't want to cut his hair, so Sam developed long hair as his look. Then again, that could still be the case, but long hair doesn't work for the Walker character and/or the producers are trying to disassociate him from Supernatural as much as possible so viewers can attach to him in his new show.
