Walking 268 Miles... Without Being Able To Read A Map! | Frit & Fredi On 'The Pennine Way', 

Meet Fredi, the extraordinary 54-year-old South Asian dynamo. She's not your usual hiker. A football coach, gas engineer, and plumber, she's got limited hiking experience.
Alongside Fredi is Frit Tam, a transgender filmmaker and a visual storyteller focussing on sharing the stories of underrepresented groups in the outdoors.
Fredi and Frit's incredible film, 'The Pennine Way', featured at Kendal Mountain Festival 2023, and followed Fredi's journey to conquer the epic 268-mile Pennine Way for her upcoming 55th birthday.
Fredi and Frit joined us in the Media Room and were interviewed by Steve Scott, Director of Kendal Mountain Festival.
