I’m sorry - but I noticed people wearing masks - maybe 30%. It is good that covid is rarer there - maybe because of its distant location on the steppes.

He's saying spare me 100 tugriks (equal to 3 cents). The person he "pled" for the money said no. He probably would spend the money on alcohol as the majority of the homeless people in Mongolia drinks alcohol almost every day. Usually they went homeless because of alcohol but I am not sure though, quite a sad sight to see but it is what it is.
