Maybe, you should start your own "Patreon" account. It appears to be a pretty viable way to help finance things, for many ongoing youtube channels. Considering how much you say how expensive all your demo make-ups are for you, you should probably check it out. Also, while Roland makes absolutely great foam castings, there ARE less expensive ways of coming about your prosthetics, (i.e.: run your own foam). It is better to save Roland's appliances for when a film production is footing the bill, rather than it ALL coming out of your own pocket. If you make your own prosthetics, from start to finish, not only do you gain VERY valuable skills, you get the experience of how to best handle things when it goes horribly wrong, (and, yes, it happens even to the best in the business, even Rick Baker!) That is not to say that things will go wrong, all the time. But, knowing what to do when it does is a valuable skill. PLUS, it would give good fodder for additional videos. AND, it WILL save you a great deal of money.

Could you technically make your own pax paint? Acrylic paint and pros aide? Also does pax paints work similar to alcohol activated paints, in the makeup lasts a lot a longer and is sweat proof?

Great video Sidney! I just had a question about the PAX paint. I went to school for special make-up FX and use a lot of the same processes you use. Do you use powder on the full area when you're done PAXing an area? I know its pretty sticky material and was taught not to use PAX far from the foam piece (blending edge). I see you use it all over. Any advice with this would be great! I'm new to the community and trying to learn as much as I can. You're videos are great and very informative! Take Care, Waylon
