Wife and I took our grandson to the park today 9/6,, and we were so disappointed. It was so trashed out., bird poop every where, on sidewalks, on tables, it smelled so bad. Looks like all the crews quit, no one has touched that place in a while. In one erea the bird poop was so thick we were unable to walk through fearing of sinking in 2 or 3 inches. I know the pandemic has changed many things but jeez ! If you don't clean it you gonna have to burn it to get the smell out. Good luck ! Be safe
Unfortunately you do see this in certain parks downtown. There is probably a lack of city maintenance crews since the pandemic. Hopefully these issues will be resolved sooner than later
