Walking Jersey - Le Pulec to Grosnez Castle (Part 1)

‪@thereluctantoutdoorsman‬ Tom from the Reluctant Outdoorsman channel and Paddy the cockapoo walk from Le Pulec to Grosnez Castle. In this video, Part 1 of 2, we climb the steep cliff at the start of the walk, view a World War 2 German gun emplacement and observe Le Pinacle (one of the most important prehistoric sites on the island). Great views are all around on this virtual hike of North-West Jersey, Channel Islands.

Thanks tom for showing your viewers this part of the island as this is my favourite part as its unmolested with development, a little windy but spectacular. Sadly for us all when we reach retirement everything aches. I tend to take soluble paracetamol, it gets straight to the pain of old age

😮 wow hear we are walking with 2 wonderful guys Tom and Paddy 🐕🥩🦴 g well done ✅ Tom getting up that climb takes some doing 😲 it was worth it with beautiful views so good 2c i have been very nawty i had a chicken parmo and kebab meat delivered tell the Boro mob have you Tom ever tried it? Hi Tom & paddy G, sat on the sofa with my feet up watching this, don't know how you climb those hills I couldn't do it, my legs are aching & I'm out of breath for you & paddy is as fit as a butchers dog, the views are spectacular just you be careful.

Do you always check the weather forecast before you set off on another walk, because it always looks good. It’s such a lovely walk along here with stunning views and even better on a clear day. The getting old thing I haven’t played golf for nearly three weeks because of a problem in my lower back. It’s a problem I’ve had for many years and it’s not getting any better with age but one has to keep going. Cheers Tom and Paddy.
