The co-evolution between Tyrannosauroideans and Ceratopsids is perhaps my favourite subject when it comes to Archosaur Paleozoology so I was pleasantly surprised to discover this documentary. I must say, considering that it is a one-man production (plus an exceptional narratrix) and considering the medium, this was a truly astonishing documentary. Every aspect was above-and-beyond. Nothing was lacking and I was deeply engrossed throughout. Truly lives up to the legacy of Walking-With-Dinosaurs, a worthy unofficial continuation. Keep up the good work!
@@rodrinerf1696 Really. What ever happen to straight story telling. The artsy opening, the bad camera angles, the purposely poor cinematography make it practically unwatchable.
@@RedStretchLimo personally, i enjoyed every moment of this. are you just sore that you cant do anything up to the same standard? this is excellent content and well worth the time to watch and learn a little more too. its a shame you have learned nothing so far in life except how to criticize those who actually try,(and succeed).
@@RedStretchLimo a sad attempt to insult is no insult at all. it just shows the lack of independent thought and a serious lack of education. but thnx for trying, im still laughing at you now!!!
I’m sorta doing the same with a book sorta with some friends, the first part is about Eodromeus(The first Therapod) and Eoraptor(First real Sauropod relative)
Well, I’m overhyped! The premiere time seems to be at 12am on Saturday for me! Post-Premiere: This chapter reminds me a bit of Godzilla VS Kong and you can technically see why. Chapter 4 tho? Sounds like we’re headin’ to Mongolia!
These always never fail to impress. I’m extremely excited to see what you have put together! Also: Do you think chapter 4 or 5 will be on Evolution 1 or will be with Jwe 2?
@@PastEons I see. Either way I’m 100% sure it’ll still be amazing and I’m always guaranteed to like one of these remakes. You deserve more recognition!
@@nighthunter0758 In my opinion JWE2 will have more biome options to pick from instead of just the tropical environment, so JWE2 could be a bit better.
Beautiful and epic. I'm always imagining seeing close-ups of the dinosaurs like those of the Walking With series. Despite working with a game like JWE, you the team, manage to get the most out of it and create art. One of the best documentaries I have ever seen.
It's amazing how you guys made this great documentary which is better than over half of all professional studio paleo docs (I'm talking to you, JFC, monsters Resurrected, and Dinosaur With Stephen Fry).
Another very well made documentary, seeing the Tyrannosaur and Triceratops in the rain was fantastic . You can still notice it was all done with CGI graphics but you can forgive some of the graphics of the terrain and flora . The Dinosaurs themselves certainly have some realism to them
Absolutely love the flowing movements of the dinosaurs, especially the natural look of the hides. What software are you using for modelling and animation?
I am impressed. Both with narrations and events. I remember *Walking* from my childhood...these Dinosairs were cool! P.S. I hate last guy...i know what he is going to do :((
Okay..... This was.... Absolutely.... The most..... *Amazing thing I have seen this week right along with Jurassic World Evolution 2 being announced!* Such a good episode especially since it's about ceratopsians, my favourite family group of dinosaurs along with some of the best carnivores to have ever existed.
This series is UNBELIEVABLE. I cannot believe how well shot and directed it is, AND the lighting effects, sound, and voice acting are premium. I predict big things for this Channel.
History channel - Wanna see ALIEN!?!?! Discovery Channel - Wanna see GARAGE SALES!?!?! Past Eons Productions - Wanna see Walking with Dinosaurs from A GAME!?!!?! Me - TAKE ME EONS TAKE ME HERE AND NOW!!!!
Man i wasn't expecting the Female Lythronax death, idk how i can feel bad for a CGI animal dying but you managed to get me invested on it, good and sad work :'(
Absolutely the best one yet, there were so many shots in this that had me rewind and go "Woooow" out loud. Thank you and well done to all of your incredible work....it's incredible to remember this was all made in Jurassic World: Evolution
I preferred the old voice actor, but apart from the naration this episode has been the best by far! The story of following both dynasties, the cinematography... just incredible. Can't wait to see the next episode!
This is truely amazing the work your team has done to make these documentaries . We truely appeciate the hard work all of u have done ,keep up the good work . Also can we get claps in the comment section for the work these guys have been doing they deserve it .
The visuals are so good, if one didn't know the animals in these episodes were extinct, it would be easy to convince yourself the dinosaurs shown in these videos are as alive as any creature living today. The CGI work is truly spectacular & every feature of the dinosaurs & even the features of the landscapes are wonderfully detailed & realistic. Truly a meeting of spectacular art & intensely educational narration. Incomparably well done in terms of all of the details presented. So beautifully done in every way. A pure joy to watch & listen. Beyond entertaining. Exceptional work!!!
We have needed a series comparable or better than WWD for years. This is far beyond anything we could've hoped for & totally perfected. There can't be enough said about the visuals & the audio. The narration is wonderful, as are the visual effects. Thank you for sharing this w/us. The talent involved is obvious. Gigantic! With new finds, there should be endless possibilities for many more episodes. They will be highly anticipated & appreciated!!!
I remember watching it at 12 when it first came out. I thought it was amazing graphics... watching the original now its like a cheap low budget indie game
From Chapter One of the Remake yu had me 🤘🏽👅 ..... Triceratops are hands down my fav dino 😜 Fierce, heavily armored, stand it ground type of animal ❤️❣️! Love it
Awesome work I love this series! After Walking with Dinosaurs. Maybe you could do walking with beasts in prehistoric kingdom? Of course when it releases. But it would be pretty cool!
The graphics are stunning & narration is excellent. Far better than most programs about dinos following the Walking With Dinosaurs series. The indepth & detailed descriptions of the various species is wonderfully educational & extremely entertaining all at once. A fantastic series that will hopefully continue.
I watched this episode only now, because unfortunately youtube didn't show it to me on the main page; And looking at the number of views, apparently I'm not the only one. I hope it will blow up soon. I just want to say, that I loved the vibration sounds made by that adult Rex! I learned only recently about it, and it's so fascinating to me. The shot at the sleeping Rex accompanied by tense soundtrack, Diablo's horn piercing Lythro's neck, and the fight during the thunderstorm, when the music stopped... Thank you.
Thank you for the comment, I'm so glad you liked the episode, and indeed, unfortunately the RU-vid algorithm hasn't been very kind to me this time and it's a shame as it's the episode that took me the most time to make. But whatever, I can just wait and see how it goes. Thank you again for the kind words 🔥
I. LOVED. IT! Still, I have one suggestion: try not to use too many filler “fancy” sentences, and please check that the script makes grammatical sense beforehand. You’ve done an amazing job with the limited JWE animations, and it feels like a true documentary!
I'd imagine your gonna take full advantage of all the new features and maps that are coming with Jurassic World Evolution 2 eh? I for sure would...if i was still in the documentary business at this time haha.
Loved this one the concept was great but I do wish on the South Dakota concept y’all should have given another dinosaur like y’all did with the others and honestly I would’ve loved to see a Dakotaraptor but I do understand the main focus is tyrannosaurs and ceratopsians
My favorite of the series & top shelve of all the dinosaur documentaries I've watched so far & I've been a dinosaur enthusiast for almost 40 years. I never thought or the tyrannosaurids & ceratopsians as dynasties. Probably cause I always saw the ceratopsians as psittacosaurids & the tyrannosaurids as raptors, ex: velocirator vs. protoceratops. Thank you very much for this insight. T-rex & triceratops have always been my favorite dinosaurs, & lately I've found fondless in the ankylosaurids as well. It looks like those are in the next episode. Again, thank you so much for making & publishing this series. It is top notch.
As a person who grew up with the original series this is amazing and a lot of fun to watch, makes me wanna play the isle lol, how did you get the dinosaurs to move where you want them too?
Before i watch i gotta ask something do you not get Copyright Claimed for using the original theme from when it first aired or do the BBC not care about that anymore because its an old show
The animation quality has improved significantly from the last episode. A lot of models appear to have influences from Suarian and Prehistoric Kingdom. Though dinosaurs could not roar. Textures on the water, plants, and animals are really stunning. Though timurlengia, lythronax, and tyrannosaurus could have had some feathers. On the same note, it also possible larger ceratopsians sill had quills. Mark Witton and other paleontologists say it's not impossible. We don't know if it was the male or female that raised the young with tyrannosaurids, or if they did it in familial groups. At least this episode accurately shows they have lips and not exposed teeth. Finally someone depicts pterosaurs with rounded wingtips. Can't tell if the wrist are accurately rotated backwards when on the ground. But they don't look fuzzy, is fuzz of any kind too hard to animate? (Unrelated: It is actually possible to survive getting struck by lightning if you are drenched in water, because the lightning can travel on the water covering your body and not penetrate it. I've also read that bipedal animals can have greater change of surviving lightning traveling in the ground, since ground lightning can travel through their rear legs rather than the front where it could reach the heart.) Is the nodosaur in the teaser for the next episode borealopelta?
I don't know. I felt a little bit like the story is "shattered" in between several unconnected dinos. A lot of things happened off screen as well. It was kinda "here's one dino... oh, guess it's dead... well, he's another dino... oh, guess it died as well... here's mamma rex... oh, guess her offspring is gone now... she met a trike... guess the trike ran away now". I think it was very well done but in terms of storytelling this one didn't feel really right with how many characters there were, how little time different individuals got, and how much happened off screen. I think you tried to encompass way too much in a single episode. It might be just me. Anyway, I still love what you are doing and I hope you find this feedback useful! Thank you very much!
I've always wanted to ask: so what was the juvenile Tyrannosaurus attacking at the end? I'm guessing, judging by the lack of the nasal horn, that that was a juvenile Torosaurus???
The best thing that is acurite with acurite models with maybe onkly a few problems that is grass and roars and no lips in some models but besides that is AWSOME WANNA SEE MORE oh and the tiransaurus group but i love it
Wow! The Cinematography is Amazing and you used JWE perfectly And the Editing and Narration is fantastic too! Keep up the good work! Just outstanding *chef kiss
