This is a bit of my story.....and my journey with recovery from serious mental illness.....so far. Thanks to the help from caregivers, family support and the tenacity to make it through a torrent of disabling symptoms and behaviour patterns...here we are. This is a snapshot of the overall story that I one day hope to reveal in more detail. The purpose of this project is to offer hope to my peers, their family members and friends and the people who journey with folks like myself in conquering mental distress.
