Potential here but 1 roof is too flat.2 Plumbing is strung under the building.We are building a 2 bedroom one bath small home as we are relocating to Mexico for most of the year. We plan a less than full foundation and a porch. Free setup and delivery if possible is a great feature.

We deliver throughout the United States, except Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Also, we do not deliver abroad. Delivery and setup are free within 50 miles of any of our dealers or within 300 miles of one of our two manufacturing facilities in Nashville, GA, or Paducah, KY. Our building sizes start at 8x8 and 8x12 for some styles, and some are 10x12, 10x16, and 12x24. If you'd like to get a tiny house, our biggest building is 16x56, and you can fit 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; sizes start at 16x52 and 16x56. If you want two bedrooms and a bathroom, the sizes should preferably start at 14x52, 14x56, 16x36, and 16x40. Or if you want a bedroom and a bathroom, sizes start at 12x36, 12x40, 14x42, and 14x48. I was quoted 21k for a used! 12x20 with a 4ft front porch.. so I would think this one is as much as are more than a new mobile home!

@@notasheep2865 they're beyond ripping you off with that one. Where did you go? We've been looking recently and a 12x24 is only $9,995. Before tax of course. And everywhere is about the same. You can usually get REPOs for a lot cheaper and sometimes they'll even be partially finished
