BRIEF BLOG: AT THE RISK OF SOUNDING NITPICKY, THE NEWLY OPENED DURANGO HOTEL/CASINO IS NOT IN LAS VEGAS, IT'S LOCATED 7-8 MILES OFFSTRIP IN HENDERSON, NV WHICH IS A WELL KNOWN SUBURB OF LAS VEGAS & A FAST GROWING AREA IN TERMS OF HOTELS & RESIDENTIAL HOUSING. SUMMERLIN, NV IS OF THE SAME TYPE OF RESIDENTIAL AREA A FEW MILES BEYOND.
@randolphgarcia3494 Thanks for your comment. The mailing address for the Casino is 6915 S. Durango Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89148. Don't forget the majority of casinos on the Las Vegas Strip are technically not Las Vegas City, but unincorporated Clark County. So going on the mailing address, they consider themselves of a Las Vegas address. I don't know if it is technically in Henderson at all to be honest with you.
