Walkthrough of the 2025 Coach House Platinum 271 IV (FR) Ford E 450 

I have watched a lot of reviews but this is the best walkthrough I have ever seen hands down.

We just ordered a 2025 Coach House 272 while we were at the factory to have a faulty AC unit replaced. This will be our third Coach House. The quality and finish of CH is near flawless. Our preference is the Ford E 450 chassis as it is built about as rugged as a bank vault. You can go any where without concerns for its durability. We took our last Coach House on a six month trip coast to coast with zero problems. We found it to be very comfortable for extended trips. We did a walk through of the 271 in this video and discovered the new body style has a transformative increase in the interior space. The new bath and shower arrangement is very roomy compared to the previous design. We tow an off road UTV on many of our trips The additional load is barely noticeable with only a slight increase in fuel consumption.

Excellent coach. Excellent presentation (as usual). The perfect two person touring coach. Love the induction cook top. Love the 78" bed. Love the recliner/tables. Love the REAL mattresses. Thanks Steve, Well done.

Coach House is simply the best, hands down.

Very, very impressed, from where I live in Australia the coverage and description of the vehicle is first class and what we need explained. This gentlemen does a first class job, well done.

Do people not enjoy sleeping with their spouse any more? I know it converts to a king, but then we have to move cushions to get to the drawers. Would like to see a queen bed with drawers on the sides

Beautiful coach! Like the layout inside and out!👍 I think it’s a great coach. I’m on my sixth motorhome over 30 years. I ordered my latest in 2021 and love it. E450 chassis and 33 foot long. I’m tech savvy and got the garmin 785, didn’t like it, smashed it with a hammer and pitched it, found a lot of inaccuracy with it. Solar,,, no way. If I can’t use a pedestal I won’t go there, or it’ll be a motel. Solar components are just extra to break. If I’m in the market again I would beyond a doubt look hard at the coaches you are marketing, minus solar and garmin products.

Beautiful coach. You did an excellent job with the functionality of the coach. The only negative that I could see would be the Dometic AC. They are very loud, which is why some manufactures, such as Leisure Travel Vans and Grech, changed from Dometic to Truma or Gree. Just a suggestion. I am interested in this motorhome and talked to sales recently. Sales person was excellent about explaining all the details of the coach.

Nice, but we all would be a to happier if we were given a base price of the one being shown.

I've noticed a trend in RV's lately - they look good but below the surface they are cheap junk. Nice to see you reversing that trend.

What is the cargo carrying capacity (CCC) for that unit? Does that number include full propane, full fresh water, and full fuel tank? Important to know when towing a vehicle, weight of the occupants, and gear. Many competitors such as Tiffin have a very low CCC, which is a deal breaker. Also, have you considered using fuel for the furnace/water heater instead of propane. Therefore, with an induction burner and 12V refrigerator, you could eliminate the need for propane on the coach, which would be nice. Thanks.

Nice. The only problem we had on previous models was the head room for the driver. My husband is 6’2” and he didn’t have enough room.

Very comprehensive tour. Did I miss it if it has solar on the roof? We had 7 RV'S since 1986. Two of our couches were class C's. This looks like a winner for a couple not interested in big class A's. Wondering how much it takes to get one?

I wonder the the final price point of this unit as it is customizable. I am just assuming that the price would be somewhere in the neighborhood of 225-275$

Steve, Also, great job on the slide system. That is a very important part of any RV. You are correct that most RV manufactures use cheap, unreliable slide systems, even the "high-end" manufacturers, such as the Airstream Atlas. They use the cheap and unreliable Schwintek slide system, which I had on my old $30K travel trailer. Unbelievable.

this guy looks like Chevy Chase in some RV movie.

I love the fridge, but need it a bit bigger. I think everything else is good. I love the twin beds, and I would choose a couch. My dogs like to snuggle

To Coach House: The exterior of your RVs are very sleek and clean, but you ruin it with a backup camera that looks like an afterthought. Get with the program, folks! 😁 Also, it would be nice to show the interior with the slide(s) in so we can get a sense of getting to the refrigerator and bathroom without having to put the slide(s) out. Well made but I need a washer/dryer, bigger frige. All electric coach, & shower that can accomodate a shower chair.

Couldn't find the price anywhere on the interweb. Anyone else see one? Nice coach. Two burners minimum I would think. One for sauce one for pasta.

Great video… yet it’s not a off grid camper.. many things I’m not a fan of, yet I’m sure others will love it

Beautiful construction but some really dated features. Suggest more lithium, induction cooktop, and gasoline fired heat/hot water (such as Timberline for example). Ditch the propane, use that space for more lithium. Time to upgrade the A/C to a quieter unit such as Truma (which is also more efficient) or Houghton. You need a 3000 watt inverter. You call it a 4-season coach, but you still have single pane windows. The E-450 can handle the weight of dual pane glass, or shift to the dual pane acrylics. Kudos for getting rid of the multiplexing.

Is it my imagination or is the venting for generator on your “porch “ “people gathering” side? That is a no no for me. Or is it the engine pipe?

Get can over bunk and 2 fold hide a bed instead of recliners and you have a more marketable Class C. Also- everything is quality except go-power.

You said it has a 7.3 liter V-8. Its actually a V-10.

People are tired of these E450 chassis. Put it in on a f550 with 4x4. Much safer too.

Never saw a generator?

People please things today cost a lot it's a different world today... I own a tree service business and 20 year's ago you could buy a 18inch chipper for $85,000 today it's $160,000.....so I am just trying to say it's with in the other companies prices for the same equipment give or take...... if you want it it's gonna cost you... welcome to the 2025 price of things...

OMG, $980,000 is simply too much!

In terms of functional RVs, this coach is definitely functional. However, YOU HAVE GOT TO GET RID OF THE BORING NEUTRAL SUPER DULL RV COLORS! Can’t stand it! I surely hope that this model comes in different color schemes inside and out. OMG! Add some life to this coach for crying out loud. Please give it some colors. Trust me, if you wanna sell more coaches, bring it to life. Get rid of the dull neutral colors. 🙄
