Sad in a way. Obviously belonged to an elderly person, did a reverse mortgage, which has lots of strings attached to it, and ended up in foreclosure.😢

This is probably the cleanest house you have shown. Lots of possibilities.

I like the shop Area , at one time that was a neat little Business I am sure. Or maybe the Guy was a Trucker and worked on his own Trucks. The House looks ok from the outside but the inside was disappointing. Thanks for showing us. KEEP YOUR OIL TANKS OUTSIDE !

Wonder if this could be subdivided into two properties, utilizing the electric for the garage to a small home. And of course, helping refurbish the main house.

House is salvageable and could be remodeled easily. However, that garage. You'd have to get rid of it for me. It is gone. Wrotten wood everywhere. Probably be cheaper to knock it down and rebuild it.

I wonder how much it would take to get this redone. Is it even sound enough to redo?
