Good walk through footage! It would be great to know the price or fee of the houses. And any progress with them too. Thanks again for the vids.

Thanks for the feedback! We do plan on returning to some of these homes post renovations, those videos are coming soon!

That odd space behind the chimney looks like it was an addition done to the house. That also may explain the exhaust ports too.

Would it be more profitable for your company to tear down these kind of properties and just sell the land to someone?

We just sell the properties but we do consider the potential buyer pools when we submit our valuations and marketing recommendations. Some properties are very distressed and we have suggested demolition and completed demolitions in the past.

To me this is a tear down! Put a new house somewhere else on the property but where?

We tried to pitch it as a tear down, maybe take some of the trees down in the back/side yard and expand towards the rear of the lot.

Tear it down.

suppose you can buy that for a 100. Tearing down all sturctures plus removing debris 30 rebuilding the foundation and concrete floor plus sewers plus electricity and water 30 building a new cabin 100 ciento landscaping driveway and paths and green 30. Let's say 300. Go and see what all in order you can buy in conetticut. That is my advice. Free advice.

Lots of stovewood. The lot isn't interesting too. Maybe as a chicken coop. Or as a sea lion refuge with them rocks. The thing is even if all parameters are bad in this case, you still gonna overpay it. In connetticut a decent building lot fast costs a couple of hundreds. Here you sit with those rocks, it is situated in a wood, there is at best water and electricity for one tap and one lamp. So tearing it down '(which costs) and then setting something new on the foundation is too costly to be good.

People always get upset he doesn’t list the address. If he did, he wouldn’t be needed and would lose money. He’s a broker! If you want to know, reach out to him personally.

Yes, we don't plan on putting specific towns/addresses on the videos at least for now. Things can always be subject to change down the line however.
