Great pocket tug. But the finishes are old school. No modern window shades, modern led lighting. And for those of you who like to crawl on the floor to get access to micro and fridge, common guys. Get with the times. Other than that you have a winner
Guess the boat doesn't have a bow, windlass and such. Guy with the video camera needs some help...or needs the camera taken away from him/her. Nice boat but it would likely th have been more impressive with decent video.
Hi Deborah, at first glance it would seem like that however, we design our boats with rough conditions in mind. With each item that folds or transforms, you'll find a latch or detent to keep it secure. The cabinets and drawers are a great example, with push button latches to keep them in place! Thank you for your interest in the R-25!
This is a huge trend now in this size of small cruiser; more and more people want the outboard for: better power, lower sound levels, and mainly, ease and low cost of re-powering the boat in the future compared to inboard engine. And I'm not sure the outboard is much if any more costly than the Volvo Penta that would be the inboard choice.
I want solar electric with a generator. It's silent and can push the boat for free. I'm going to ride around the ice, rivers, and canals. Don't care about all that other business. Don't want to mess with internal combustion at all. The generator requires sea strainers and fuel filters. My running at night and offshore will be on my terms.
@@dreed7312 You're talking about a solar-powered canal boat and you say the Ranger Tugs are "turning into something else"? It's your boat ideas that are something else, nothing like what Ranger Tugs have always been.
