heres a handy little tip when doing the pop up well in my opinion find some stairs preferebly the stairs in your house, and stand on the fourth or fifth step down from the top and face as if you were going up the flight and place your hands as if you were going to kong and go through the steps Ronnie goes through to get your legs between your arms at the top of the stairs. hope this helps

I have a question, let's say that I'm trying to pop up on a medium-high obstacle but, i can't use my legs to help me getting on top of it, the reason is that i either wall run, attach myself on the obstacle and then try to lift up, or, i simply jump and lift myself up. The problem is, i can't place my arms/hands in the correct way to go up (as i said, there's nothing under it) so, is there any trick, or technique to use only my legs to lift up? It's just a personal goal i set myself a while ago.

I was Worst at parkour but now im almost best at it from my school!

How should I work out before practicing parkour? Is there a specific amount pf time I should work out before trying parkour?

for the first one i meant if you are too fast and the momentum sends you flying over the other side of the wall when your feet catch the ledge.....no i have a friend that hit his shin on a ledge doing this and cut through to his bone and he needed stitches

Parkour means get to your destination as creative as possible so in other words if I run home spinning around in circles or hopping on one leg I'd be doing parkour

I can vault shoulder hight walls. I jump like I would for a normal vault but the then I go around the top of the wall almost like a lazy vault and put myself out with two hands

not sure what parkourist is but in parkour our discipline is to know your limits. if you know your limits you wont get hurt. as my freinds say "parkour doesnt injure you, stupidity does"

ronnie, if you havent seen the new arkham origins trailer. watch it. in the trailer you see deathstroke do a tic tac then pops up the wall and flips on to the ledge. is it possible to do that?

try placing your feet higher up the wall. also, dont expect to get this on your first try Parkour takes time

Could you do a best way to get up a fence?

This is good for showing all the movements together, but you don't anywhere talk about the individual kicking that happens. I'd recommend La Flari tutorials for good instruction on that
